Claims (8)
- 복수의 게이트 전극과 복수의 캐소드 전극을 포함하며, 상기 게이트 전극과 상기 캐소드 전극의 전압에 대응하여 전자를 방출하며, 방출된 전자가 애노드 전극에 부딪혀 발광하는 광원부;상기 게이트 전극에 구동파형을 전달하는 게이트 구동부; 및상기 캐소드 전극에 구동파형을 전달하는 캐소드 구동부를 포함하되,상기 게이트 구동부와 상기 캐소드 구동부 중 적어도 하나의 구동부에서 발생되는 구동파형은 사다리꼴 파형인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자방출표시소자.

- 복수의 액정셀을 포함하며, 데이터신호와 주사신호에 의해 선택적으로 전달받은 광원을 투과 또는 차단하여 화상을 표현하는 화소부;상기 화소부에 상기 데이터신호를 전달하는 데이터구동부;상기 화소부에 상기 주사신호를 전달하는 주사구동부; 및상기 화소부에 상기 광원을 전달하는 백라이트부를 포함하되,상기 백라이트부는복수의 게이트 전극과 복수의 캐소드 전극을 포함하며, 상기 게이트 전극과 상기 캐소드 전극의 전압에 대응하여 전자를 방출하며, 방출된 전자가 애노드 전극에 부딪혀 발광하는 광원부;상기 게이트 전극에 구동파형을 전달하는 게이트 구동부; 및상기 캐소드 전극에 구동파형을 전달하는 캐소드 구동부를 포함하되,상기 게이트 구동부와 상기 캐소드 구동부 중 적어도 하나의 구동부에서 발생되는 구동파형은 사다리꼴 파형인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
