Claims (7)
- 버켓엘리베이터에 의한 상향식 이동상 촉매를 사용하여 폐합성수지를 접촉촉매 분해하는 단계와,전기가열식 수직형 촉매재생탑을 사용하여 상기 촉매를 재생하는 단계로 이루어졌으며,두 단계 사이에서 촉매의 순환구조를 가지며 순환 구조 내에 각각의 촉매저장 장치가 있는,상향식 이동상 촉매에 의한 접촉촉매 분해 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 접촉촉매 분해 단계는 외벽이 메쉬망으로 이루어진 촉매 운반 버켓을 사용하고, 방열히터에 의하여 온도가 제어되며 분해가스의 배출압력이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상향식 이동상 촉매에 의한 접촉촉매 분해 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 촉매 재생 단계는 촉매 점화용 전기가열식 히터와 그 아래 공기분배기가 한 쌍을 이루어 내부에 여러 단으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 상향식 이동상 촉매에 의한 접촉촉매 분해 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 촉매 저장 장치가 촉매 분해 단계와 촉매 재생 단계의 사이에서 압력 차이에 의한 유체 흐름을 차단하는 기능을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상향식 이동상 촉매에 의한 접촉촉매 분해 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 촉매 순환 구조는 촉매 재생탑의 레이저 반사 방식과 촉매 저장 장치의 로드셀 방식으로 촉매의 양을 측정하여,스크류 휘더를 이용해 촉매 순환량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상향식 이동상 촉매에 의한 접촉촉매 분해 방법.
- 메쉬스크린으로 처리된 버켓엘리베이터에 의한 상향식 이동상 촉매를 사용하며, 방열히터에 의해 온도가 제어되고, 압력센서와 흡입 블로워에 의해 배출 압력이 제어되는 접촉촉매 분해 반응기와,촉매 점화용 가열식 히터와 공기분배기가 한 쌍을 이루어 내부에 다단계로 설치된 수직형 촉매 재생탑과,촉매분해 반응기와 촉매 재생탑 사이에서 두 장치의 압력차에 의해 발생하는 유체 흐름을 차단하는 기능을 하는 촉매 저장 장치와,촉매 재생탑은 레이저 반사 방식으로 촉매 레벨을 측정하고, 촉매 저장 장치는 로드셀 방식으로 촉매 무게를 측정하여, 스크류 휘더를 이용하여 촉매 순환을 제어하는 장치를 포함하는 상향식 이동상 촉매에 의한 접촉촉매 분해장치.
