Claims (5)
- 플라스틱 기판;상기 기판 상에 형성된 친수성 화합물; 및상기 친수성 화합물 상에 형성된 투명 전도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 화합물이 유기 화합물, 무기 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 전극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무기 화합물이 SiO2, TiO2, ZrO2, ZnO, 및 Al2O3로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상이고, 상기 유기 화합물이 술폰산, 황산 에스테르, 실리케이트 화합물, 인산기 함유 유기화합물, 카르본산, 및 폴리옥시 에틸렌기 함유 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 화합물이 0.01 내지 200㎛의 두께로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 전극.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플라스틱 전극을 채용한 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
