Claims (8)
- 엔진(1)으로 부터의 동력을 주클러치(5, 6), 주변속장치(10) 및 부변속장치(11)를 통하여 주행장치(14, 19)에 전달하는 작업차의 주행변속시스템으로서, 상기 주변속장치는 제1유압클러치군(21, 22, 23, 24)과 이들 클러치의 온·오프 조작을 실시하는 제1제어밸브군(31b, 32b, 33b, 34b)을 가지고, 또한, 상기 부변속장치(11)는 제2유압클러치(26, 27) 및 이들 클러치의 온·오프 조작을 실시하는 제2제어밸브(38, 39)를 가지며, 상기 제1유압클러치군과 상기 제2유압클러치의 어느 한 유압클러치에 압유를 공급함으로써 바람직한 속도를 실시가능하게 구성되어 있고, 상기 주행변속시스템은, (A) 상기 주변속장치 및 상기 부변속장치에 변속지령을 발신하는 변속조작구(61, 62); (B) 상기 변속조작구의 지령에 의거하여, 상기 지령의 발신전부터 압유공급측으로 조작되어 있는 상기 제1제어밸브군(31b, 32b, 33b, 34b)의 제어밸브를 배유측으로 조작하고, 상기 지령에 대응하는 상기 제1제어밸브군의 제어밸브를 공급측으로 조작하는 제1제어수단; 및 (C) 상기 변속조작구로부터의 지령에 의거하여, 상기 제2제어밸브(38, 39)의 작동유의 공급측으로 조작되고 있는 제어밸브를 작동유의 배유측으로 조작하고, 그후, 점차적으로 작동유의 공급측으로 조작하는 제2제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주행변속시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2제어수단은 상기 변속조작구로부터의 변속지령에 의거하여 상기 제2제어밸브의 작동유를 배유측으로 조작할 때, 상기 제2유압클러치(26, 27)의 작동압을 소정저압(P3)으로 감압조작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주행변속시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, (A) 상기 엔진의 액셀위치를 검출하는 액셀센서(70); 상기 엔진의 회전수(N2)를 검출하는 회전수 센서(72); 및 상기 액셀센서의 검출치에 대응하는 엔진의 무부하 회전수(N1)와 현재의 엔진 회전수(N2)와의 차(N3)를 검출하는 회전차 검출부재를 포함하는 검출수단, 및 (B) 상기 회전차 검출부재에 의해 검출되는 회전수의 차(N3)가 커질 수록 상기 제2제어수단에 의해 감압조작되는 유압클러치의 상기 소정저압(P3)을 고압측으로 보정하는 제3제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주행변속시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저속, 중립, 고속위치와의 사이에서 전환조작이 가능한 상기 부변속장치의 하류측에 설치된 제2부변속장치; 그 제2부변속장치와 기계적으로 연동연결되고, 상기 제2부변속장치를 상기 3 위치중 어느 하나로 전환조작하는 변속레버(28); 상기 변속레버(28)를 상기 3 위치중 어느 하나의 위치에 있어서 고정상태 및 고정해제상태로 전환조작가능한 로크 조작구(57); 및 상기 로크 조작구(57)가 고정해제측으로 조작되면 상기 주클러치(5, 6)로부터의 작동유를 배출하여 이것을 전동차단측으로 조작하고, 상기 로크 조작구(57)가 고정측으로 조작되면 상기 주클러치(5, 6)에 작동유를 공급하여 이것을 전동측으로 조작하는 제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주행변속시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 로크 조작구가 고정해제측으로 조작되는 것과, 상기 부변속장치의 상기 제2제어밸브군중 작동유의 공급측으로 조작되는 제어밸브를 작동유의 배유측으로 조작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주행변속시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 변속조직구(61, 62)는 상기 변속조작레버에 설치된 누르기 조작식 스위치(61, 62)인 것을 특징으로 하는 주행변속시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변속구는 상기 주변속장치(10)를 증속측으로 시프트하는 시프트업 버튼(61)과 상기 주변속장치(10)를 감속측으로 시프트하는 시프트다운 버튼(62)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주행변속시스템.
- 엔진(1)으로부터의 동력을 주클러치(5, 6), 주변속장치(10) 및 보조클러치(300)를 통하여 주행장치(14, 19)에 전달하는 작업차의 주행변속시스템으로서, 상기 주변속장치가 제1유압클러치군(21, 22, 23, 24)과 이들 클러치의 온·오프 조작을 실시하는 제1제어밸브군(31b, 32b, 33b, 34b)을 가지고, 또한, 상기 보조클러치(300)의 온·오프 조작을 실시하는 제2제어밸브군을 가지고, 상기 보조클러치(300)가 상기 주행장치(14, 19)와 상기 주변속장치(10) 사이에 설치되고, 상기 제1유압클러치군의 어느하나의 유압클러치에 유압을 공급함으로써 원하는 변속을 실시가능하게 구성되어 있는 것에 있어서, 상기 주행변속시스템은 (A) 상기 주변속장치에 변속지령을 발신하는 변속조작구(61, 62); (B) 상기 변속조작구의 지령에 의거하여 상기 지령의 발신전부터 압유공급측으로 조작되고 있는 상기 제1제어밸브군(31B, 32b, 33b, 34b)의 제어밸브를 배유측으로 조작하고, 상기 지령에 대응하는 상기 제1제어밸브의 제어밸브를 공급측으로 조작하는 제1제어수단; 및 (C) 상기 변속조작구로부터의 지령에 의거하여 상기 제2제어밸브를 작동유의 배유측으로 조작하고, 그후 그 제어밸브를 점차적으로 작동유 공급측으로 조작하는 제2제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주행변속시스템.
