Claims (13)
- 0.05 내지 10미크론의 평균 세공(pore) 크기를 갖는 기재, 표면 표피층, 및 상기 기재와 상기 표피층 사이에 위치하고 다공성이며 상기 표피층으로부터 상기 막 기재에 걸쳐있는 공극(void)이 없는 중간 다공성 대역을 포함하며, 5 x 102내지 5 x 106달톤의 단백질 분자량 컷-오프(cut-off)를 가지며 3이상의 대수 감소값(log reduction value)을 나타낼 수 있고 이 대수 감소값이 직경 10 내지 100nm의 입도 범위 내에서 입자 직경의 함수로서 단조 증가함을 특징으로 하는, 바이러스 입자 크기의 크기 범위 특성에 속하는 크기를 갖는 입자를, 그 입자를 함유한 용액으로부터 선택적으로 분리하기 위한 비대칭 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간 다공성 대역이 두께가 5 내지 20미크론임을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재가 미다공성(microporous) 막임을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중간 다공성 대역의 두께가 5 내지 20미크론임을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제3항에 있어서, 막 기재가 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이도로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제4항에 있어서, 막 기재가 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 표피층, 상기 중간 다공성 대역 및 상기 막 기재가 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제5항, 6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 중간 대역의 두께가 5 내지 10미크론임을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1항, 2항, 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 형태가 평판 형태임을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1항, 2항, 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 형태가 중공 섬유 형태이고, 상기 표피층이 상기 섬유의 겉 표면으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1항, 2항, 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 세공이 친수성 표면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 제1 여과 단계에서 용액을 제1항의 복합막의 표피층과 직접 접촉시키면서 통과시켜 표피층에 의해서 입자를 보유시킴으로써 입자 풍부 용액을 형성시키는 동시에 실질적으로 상기 입자가 없는 상기 용액 중의 용질을 상기 복합막을 통하여 통과시키는 단계를 포함하며, 입자 제거의 대수 감소값이 상기 입자 직경의 함수로서 단조 증가하는, 용액으로부터 크기가 10 내지 100nm인 입자를 3 이상의 대수 감소값으로 선택적으로 제거하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 입자가 바이러스 입자이고, 상기 용액이 단백질 용액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
