に改良する余地があつた。 Conventionally, this type of panel body, such as a storm door, was composed of a single-piece face plate surrounded by a frame on all four sides, so when the opening was closed with a panel body, breathability, translucency, etc. were affected. The problem was that the room was closed and dark with no ventilation. For this reason, the panel body was opened by half-opening to obtain ventilation, light transmission, etc., but this was not desirable from the viewpoint of crime prevention. Therefore, a flush slat curtain is formed by connecting a plurality of slats arranged side by side with a predetermined gap between them with a breathable connecting member on a panel body, and each slat is separated from the other while one end is fixed. It has been proposed that the slat curtains be provided in a telescopic manner so that the slat curtains can be freely changed between a spaced position where ventilation is possible and a contact position where they are brought into contact and sealed. In order to move the slat curtain, the other end of the slat curtain must be extended and moved by the sum of the gaps between the slats. Therefore, the other end of the slat curtain must be wide enough to accommodate the long distance of movement. It is necessary to provide a fitting storage portion, which poses various restrictions when manufacturing the panel body, and there is room for further improvement.

提供することを目的としたものである。 The present invention was devised to eliminate these drawbacks in view of the above-mentioned actual situation, and it connects a plurality of slats with a predetermined gap, and has a separated position that allows ventilation and a contact position that seals. Although it is a breathable panel body constructed using slat curtains that can be transformed, two sets of upper and lower slat curtains are provided, and both slat curtains are connected to the lower side of the upper slat curtain and the lower slat curtain. By interlocking and connecting the upper part of the curtain so that it can expand and contract simultaneously in the up and down directions so as to overlap with each other, a fitting storage section dedicated to the slat curtain can be completely dispensed with.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an actuating device for a breathable panel body that can perform a wide ventilation action over the entire surface of the panel body.

As shown in the figure, there are joint parts 9a, 9 on each of the upper and lower edges.
b is formed, and a pair of engaging pieces 9c, 9c are provided projecting from the upper and lower middle of the back surface. The indoor slat element 10, which is extruded from a synthetic resin material such as polyvinyl chloride, has joints 1 at both upper and lower edges.
0a, 10b and an engaging piece 1 that fits tightly between the engaging pieces 9c, 9c in correspondence with the engaging pieces 9c, 9c.
0c and 10c are formed, respectively. Then, the slat 7 connects both the slat elements 9 and 10 with the engagement pieces 9c and 10 with the connecting member 8 sandwiched between them.
c are formed integrally with the connecting member 8 by fitting and fixing them with one touch from both sides of the connecting member 8 to ensure a tight fit, but the slats 7 are separated so as to leave a predetermined opposing gap. The aforementioned slat curtain 6 is formed by arranging a plurality of slat curtains in parallel.

That is, the upper slat curtain 5 has its upper end slat 7 fixed to the upper stile 2 and is integrated with the shutter 1, and the lower slat curtain 6 has its lower end slat 7 fixed to the lower stile 3 and is integrated with the shutter 1. It is integrated and is adapted to extend and contract in the vertical direction using the left and right vertical frames 4 as guides. In the abutting position where both slat curtains 5 and 6 are contracted and the adjacent slats are in contact with each other vertically,
The lower end slat 7a of the upper slat curtain 5 and the upper end slat 7b of the lower slat curtain 6 are as follows.
Locking hooks 11 provided on both slats 7a, 7b,
11a is engaged to seal the shutter 1. Reference numerals 12 and 12a are rotary pulleys pivotally attached to both the upper and lower frames 2 and 3, respectively, and the rotary pulley 1
The lower end slat 7a and the upper end slat 7b are held in an abutting position with the slat curtains 5, 6, which are engaged by the above-mentioned retaining hooks 11, 11a, on the operating string 13 suspended from the slats 2, 12a. are connected as much as possible. 14 is a connecting pin. Then, by rotating the rotary pulley 12 by operating the operating string 15 extended from the upper rotary pulley 12, the lower end slat 7a moves downward, and the upper end slat curtain 5 is directed upward. move upward and simultaneously extend the lower slat curtains 6 downward in opposite directions,
Adjacent slats 7 of both slat curtains 5 and 6 are separated from each other, and the connecting members 8 are transformed into a separated posture in which they are stretched. In this separated position, in this embodiment, the fourth
As shown in Figure B, the lower three slats 7, 7a of the upper slat curtain 5 and the upper three slats 7, 7b of the lower slat curtain 6 are arranged to face each other and overlap.

できる。 Next, the operation of the present invention constructed as described above will be explained. If you wish to ventilate or let in sunlight while the opening is currently closed with the shutter 1, leave the shutter 1 closed and operate the operating strings 15 to move the slat curtains 5 and 6 as far apart as possible. Bye. That is, as the string body 13 rotates as the operating string 15 is operated, the upper slat curtain 5 extends downward, and at the same time, the lower slat curtain 6 extends upward and assumes a separated position. Therefore, in this separated position, the tensioned connecting member 8 allows ventilation, lighting, etc. without insect invasion. On the other hand, when it is desired to seal the slat curtains 5 and 6, by performing the reverse operation described above to transform into the abutting position, the space between each slat 7 is closed, while the space between the lower end slat 7a and the upper end slat 7b is also locked. Hook 11, 11a
By this, the shutter 1 can be kept in a state without ventilation, sunlight, etc. as before.

Each slat curtain 5,
Since the elongated portions 6 are arranged in a superimposed manner so as to cross each other for absorption, the shape-changing operation can be performed without providing any dedicated fitting storage portion for the above-mentioned movement stroke. Therefore, even if the slat curtains 5 and 6 are provided on the entire surface of the shutter 1 without the middle crosspieces as in this embodiment, the slat curtains 5 and 6 can be moved from the upper part to the lower part of the shutter 1 in a spaced position that allows ventilation. It is possible to construct a simple-shaped shutter 1 that allows ventilation and lighting from almost the entire area, and is also excellent in appearance.

し得て居住性に富んだものにすることができる。 In summary, the actuating device for a breathable panel body according to the present invention connects a plurality of slats arranged in parallel with a predetermined gap using a breathable connecting member, and separates a contact position in which adjacent slats are in contact and a position in which they are separated. A slat curtain that automatically expands and contracts into a spaced apart position is formed, and the slat curtain constitutes two rows of upper and lower slat curtains each having an upper end or a lower end fixed to the panel body side. The lower end of the slat curtain and the upper end of the lower slat curtain are moved in opposite directions from the position where the two slat curtains are in contact with each other and are sealed against each other. Since the panels are interlocked so that they can move simultaneously to the overlapping side that transforms into a separated position, the panel body can expand and contract to change its shape between the contact position and the separated position, allowing for ventilation, lighting, etc. at will. Although it is constructed using slat curtains, the movement stroke of the slat curtains required to transform into the separated posture is such that the opposing upper and lower ends of the upper and lower rows of slat curtains are It can be absorbed by simultaneously moving in opposite directions and arranging them in a polymerized manner. Therefore, when the slat curtain is changed to a separated position for ventilation, etc., a wide fitting storage part corresponding to the above-mentioned movement stroke is completely unnecessary.
Even if the panel body has a simple shape without a mating storage section, it is possible to reliably perform the initial replacement operation of opening and closing the ventilation at any time, allowing it to freely respond to the needs of users and improve livability. can be made into something.
