炉の断熱壁構造に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention uses a heat insulating wall configured to suppress heat radiation loss when various types of heating and drying are performed in a furnace such as a drying furnace or baking furnace in painting equipment, or a food drying furnace. In detail, the structure consists of an exterior plate and a plurality of interior panels made of thin metal plates arranged side by side in a state facing the exterior plate inside the furnace, with heat-resistant gaskets sandwiched between the ends of the adjacent panels. The present invention relates to a heat insulating wall structure for a drying oven, which is composed of interior panels connected in a compressed state and a heat insulating material filled and interposed between the inner and outer panels.

い事態を招くといつた欠点があつた。 Conventionally, asbestos packing with a thickness of 3 to 5 mm has been used as the heat-resistant packing in the heat-insulating wall structure with the above configuration, but in this case, the packing deteriorates over time due to the influence of heat. As the interior panel expands and contracts due to repeated heating and cooling inside the furnace, and a large stress is applied to the gasket, the exposed part of the gasket inside the furnace flakes off, and the asbestos dust that has fallen off enters the furnace. In the case of a painting-related furnace, the dust adheres to the object to be coated, leading to poor coating, and in the case of a food drying furnace, it can cause unfavorable sanitary conditions. It was hot.

Not only that, but the packing properties are also disadvantageous.

Even if flaking occurs due to long-term use, the flaked powder can be contained within the seat cover to prevent it from floating and scattering in the furnace.

We were able to solve the drawbacks of the existing ones.

In FIG. 1, A is a heat insulating wall of the drying oven configured in a gate shape extending from the ceiling of the oven to the left and right sides of the oven; As shown in Fig. 2, each insulation wall is made of a thin iron plate with a thickness of 0.6 mm to 0.8 mm, and is made of an exterior plate 1 with reinforcing grooves 1a formed at appropriate intervals.
And, rather than that, a plurality of interior panels 2 made of thin iron plates with a thickness of 0.6 mm to 0.8 mm are arranged in parallel in a state facing the exterior plate 1 in the furnace between the ends of the adjacent panels 2, 2. Interior panels 4 are connected with heat-resistant gaskets 3 made of asbestos sandwiched between them (details of the connection structure will be described later), and glass wool or asbestos is filled between these interior and exterior panels 1 and 4. It is composed of a heat insulating material 5 such as.

A connecting member 7 having a U-shaped cross section is spot welded to the bent end 2a, and a bolt 8 and a nut are inserted into holes 7a and 3a formed through the connecting member 7 and the packing 3, respectively. 9
A plurality of connecting metal fittings are screwed to the inner surface of the exterior plate 1 corresponding to a plurality of locations at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the connecting member 7, while fixedly connecting the adjacent panels 2, 2 to each other through the The interior panel 2 and the exterior plate 1 are fixedly connected to each other through the fixed connection member 7 and the connection fitting 10, and this fixed connection structure minimizes heat radiation loss due to heat conduction through the fixed connection member 7 and the connection fittings 10. This has the advantage of reducing energy consumption in the drying process.
