て、その考案の要旨とするところは、細管状の糸
道孔と該糸道孔内へ開口した流体噴射孔とを有す
るノズル本体と、該ノズル本体の糸出口部近傍に
設けた衝突板とからなると共に、流体噴射孔部か
ら糸上流側の糸道孔径を一旦縮少したあと拡大し
た流体処理ノズルにおいて、流体噴射孔を糸道孔
径縮少部より糸下流側で、且つ糸道孔中心軸に対
し80〜110゜の角度θで糸道孔内へ開口せしめた
流体処理ノズルにある。

も糸条下流側に設け、このことにより噴射流体の
大部分を糸条下流側出口より噴出すべくしてい
る。この様に噴射流体に方向性を持たせしめるこ
とにより、走行糸条に対してノズル内への吸引作
用が生じ、その結果過剰な糸条を供給しても該糸
条はたるむことなく安定にノズル内へ導びかれ流
体処理されることになる。

乱流が生じ易くなり部分的には、強度の交絡が得
られるもののノズル出口からの糸条の噴出が安定
でなく、同様にノズルへの吸引状態も不均一とな
り、結果的には低い過剰供給率下でしか安定加工
が行ない得ない傾向となる。尚衝突板3は糸道孔
2内の乱流効果を増大し、糸の交絡をより緻密に
する作用をなす。
