Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the movement of an element during transportation, by forming the cross-sectional shape of the upper rib of a magazine tube into a protruding shape such that the upper part of the package of the element gets into the magazine tube so as to provide a sufficient gap to the element to be housed and compressing said rib to fix the element. CONSTITUTION:The inner dimension of a magazine tube 1 has a sufficient gap with respect to the outer dimension of an element 2 to make it possible to easily perform the taking-in and-out of the element. The cross-sectional shape of the upper rib 1c of the magazine tube 1 is formed into a protruding shape having a dimension the same with that of the upper part of the package 2a of the element 2. The magazine tubes 1 are stacked to apply contact plates 3 to the upper and lower parts of the stacked one and compressed. Whereupon, the upper surface and corner parts of the package 2a are pressed by the upper rib 1c to make it possible to stop the movement of the element 2 during transportation. The contact plates 3 and the magazine tubes 1 are allowed to enter guide holders 4 at both sides thereof to be compressed and subsequently fixed by inserting cotters 5 in the holes of the guide holders 4. By this method, the bending or deformation of a lead pin 2b is prevented.
