Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain plural fixed points simultaneously by partitioning a fixed point material packing cell to plural pieces and packing mutually different fixed point materials. CONSTITUTION:The 1st fixed point material 4 is packed in the 1st packing cell partitioned by an inside cylinder 1 and a partition cylinder 2, and the 2nd fixed point material 5 is packed in the 2nd packing cell partitioned by the cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder 3. The fixed point temps. of the material 4 and the material 5 are made different. The entire part of such fixed point cell is heated in a heating furnace thence cooled, and the opening 11 of the fixed point cell is irradiated with a radiation thermoemeter, whereby the scale calibration of the radiation thermometer is accomplished.
