Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the cutting work of the inner periphery of a key clamping bolt after welding by fixedly welding the key clamping bolt as a guide when laminating a stator iron core, through two recess seat plates to the fence plate for a stator frame. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of fence plates 1 are welded fixedly to the side plate 2 of a stator frame. The first recess seat plate 12 for convering the back surface 9 of a keyed clamping bolt 8 produced from an integral rod material is welded to the inner peripheral side of the fence plate 1. On the other hand, the second recess seat plate 13 being smaller than the first seat plate 12 is welded to the back surface of the bolt 8. Thereafter, the position of the bolt 8 is determined with respect to the iron core, and finally two seat plates 12 and 13 are fixedly welded. Thus, it can reduce the decrease in the accuracy due to welding strain, and can eliminate the cutting work of the inner surface of the key 3 when laminating directly the iron core 5.
