On the other hand, the signal Sa and the horizontal synchronous signal are applied to the image fringe part detecting circuit to obtain the image fringe signal. And the n units of horizontal split signals are obtained from the both signals mentioned above. At the same time, the vertical synchronous signal is applied to the vertical dividing circuit to obtaine m units of vertical split region signals. These horizontal and vertical split region signals are applied to nXm units of AND circuits to obtain the test region signals alpha1-alpha9.
