Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the oscillation and obtain stable output with high responsiveness by inserting a resistor at one input terminal of a bridge amplifier in a bridge circuit including heat wire to measure the flow rate of sucked air.
CONSTITUTION: An inner bridge comprises a temperature compensating heat wire 24, resistors 23, 32, a bridge amplifier 37 and a power transisitor 30. Regarding this inner bridge as a resistor, a whole bridge is formed by a heat wire 25 to detect the flow rate of sucked air based on its heat radiation, and resistors 28, 29. One of outputs from the whole bridge is supplied to a +terminal of a bridge amplifier 35 through a resistor 44 and the other output is supplied to a -terminal of the bridge amplifier 35. By so doing, even when voltage E of the bridge is increased, output voltage EB of the bridge amplifier 35 is reduced as shown in the drawing and the power transistor 22 is operated to lower the bridge voltage E. Thus, variation in the bridge is not amplified and the responsiveness is improved.
