Abstract
PURPOSE: To ficiliate seal working at leakage part of fluid by turning and inserting a lining tube into a tube by fluid pressure and applying pressure so as to adhere by adhesive agent and adhering outer surface of both ends to inner surface of the tube by adhesive agent which can be hardened in short time.
CONSTITUTION: A lining tube 5 is inseted into a tube 2 and the inside of the lining tube 5 is kept under pressure by supplying compressed air. In this condition outer surface of both ends of the lining tube 5 is adhered to inner surface of both ends of the tube 2 by adhesive agent 16 which can be hardened in shorter time than adhesive agent coated previously to the inner surface (outer surface after turning reversely) of lining tube. Thus, the lining tube 5 can be prevented from separating and hanging down from the inner surface of the tube 2. Then, after coating adhesive agent 16, blower is stopped and the both ends of the lining tube 5 is cut and the both ends of the tube 2 are closed by endplates and compressed air is again supplied into the lining tube 5 by the blower 7 and adhesion is completed under pressure.
