Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a wet adhesive composition and a patch using the same, and more particularly, to a patch comprising the composition at least with water and a hydrophilic medium (methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol). The present invention relates to a patch which exhibits tackiness when the surface layer is wetted or wetted. The present invention also relates to a method for using a patch using the composition. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The patch of the present invention is useful as a plug removal agent capable of satisfactorily removing plugs formed in pores, as a skin covering material for wet or wet skin, and the like.

Description of the Related Art Skin covering materials used in hospitals and the like (medical materials affixed to the skin such as dressings) are made of natural rubber-based or acrylic-based medical materials in order to obtain good adhesion to the skin. Adhesive is used. Since these are designed to have good adhesion to the skin, adhesion to a wet surface cannot be expected. In addition, the moisture permeability of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is increased, a water-absorbing polymer is added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a fine through-hole is provided in the base material / pressure-sensitive adhesive, but the adhesiveness to a wet surface is not sufficient. .

These products are known in the form of jelly, paste and powder. However, the conventional peel-off type pack has a problem in that the standing time until a film is formed after application to the skin, that is, the time required for drying is long.

After being brought into a wet state or a wet state by being brought into contact with water or a hydrophilic medium before application, it is attached to an application site, or water or a hydrophilic medium is applied to an application site in advance, and then used after application. .

ある。[0005] When the water-soluble organic polymer has an excessively high molecular weight, there is a problem that it takes a long time to exhibit adhesiveness through water or a hydrophilic medium. On the other hand, a low molecular weight water-soluble organic polymer has the advantage of exhibiting adhesiveness quickly through water or a hydrophilic medium and exhibiting adhesiveness in a short time, but has a low molecular weight, so that it can be mechanically used even in a dry state. Because of its low mechanical strength, not only is it difficult to peel off the dried composition sheet, but also there is a problem that a peeling residue is generated after peeling.

It is used with a relatively thick film of μm. As a result, there is a problem that a long time is required for drying the coating, or the coating is foamed during the drying process to lower the film strength. Due to foaming and a decrease in film strength, peeling and removal after drying is difficult, and there is a problem that a peeling residue is generated after peeling.

As a result, when inorganic or organic fillers were added to a specific water-soluble organic polymer, the above problems were unexpectedly solved. The present invention has been completed based on the new finding that it can be obtained.

When made into a dry state after being made into a property, its mechanical strength is improved. Therefore, the range of selection of a low molecular weight material that easily wets as the component A and easily exhibits tackiness is widened. In addition, since the time required for drying after application is reduced by including the component C, a long time is not required for drying as in the related art even if the application layer is a thick film. The reason that the patch of the present invention dries in a shorter time than in the past is presumed that the interface between the C component and the AB component functions as a path for water dissipation.

If the molecular weight of the component A is too large, the adhesive layer obtained from the wet adhesive composition of the present invention tends to have insufficient adhesive strength with water or a hydrophilic medium. On the other hand, if the molecular weight is too low, even under the mixture of component C, the mechanical strength of the adhesive layer obtained from the wet adhesive composition of the present invention tends to decrease, and after application, the adhesive layer is dried. There is a problem that a part of the adhesive material remains when the adhesive material is peeled off from the application site. Therefore, as the A component,

In addition, the flexibility of the patch obtained from the composition of the present invention is poor, and it is difficult to favorably fit the shape of the patch site. Also, if the amount of the component C is too large relative to the amount of the component A, the flexibility of the patch obtained from the composition of the present invention is poor, making it difficult to fit the shape of the patch site well. In this case, the effect of improving the mechanical strength after the patch obtained from the composition of the present invention is applied and dried is poor, and the time required for drying after the application is long. The amount of the component B is preferably 1 to 7 per 100 parts by weight of the component A.
It is 5 parts by weight, more preferably 5 to 50 parts by weight. The amount of the component C is preferably 10 to 200 parts by weight, more preferably 25 to 100 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the component A.

Regarding the structure, a sheet-like material such as an aggregate of fibers such as a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, a knitted fabric, and paper, and a film such as a porous film and a gas-permeable film is exemplified. In particular, those having an appropriate elasticity that is easily adapted to the curved surface of the portion to be stuck are particularly preferable. As for the material, synthetic or natural organic polymers such as nylon, polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane and cellulose are exemplified.

Any of them may be used. In the latter case, when the composition of the impregnated adhesive layer extends to the surface opposite to the surface on which the adhesive layer is formed of the retaining layer, if the adhesive layer absorbs excessive water or a hydrophilic medium, the adhesive layer is adhered. The surface opposite to the layer-forming surface may be sticky, causing inconvenience in handling. Therefore, in this case, it is preferable that the impregnation of the adhesive layer with the composition does not extend to the opposite surface of the holding layer.

Are formed by applying them on these layers and drying them. The adhesive material of the present invention absorbs water or a hydrophilic medium applied to the application site, or absorbs water or a hydrophilic medium applied in advance, and exhibits adhesiveness. It is preferable that the content of the medium is set in advance, and that the water or hydrophilic medium has good absorbability and can easily exhibit the adhesive effect.
% By weight, particularly preferably 15% by weight or less. When the content exceeds 20% by weight, the absorbability of water or a hydrophilic medium tends to be poor, and the adhesive effect may be poor.

On the other hand, if the mechanical strength is excessive, the flexibility is poor and it is difficult to fit the shape of the sticking portion satisfactorily, and problems such as pain when peeling are liable to occur. The adhesive layer having such mechanical strength determines the compounding ratio by trial and error within the range of the compounding amount described above in consideration of the type and physical properties of the component A, component B, and component C to be used. It can be easily manufactured.

After stirring uniformly, water or a hydrophilic medium is added to adjust the viscosity and concentration to 20 to 70% by weight to make a liquid. Next, the liquid material is applied on the release layer in such an amount that the thickness after drying falls within a desired range, and dried as necessary to form an adhesive layer. Next, a holding layer is laminated thereon and dried to obtain a patch. The drying conditions are such that the content of water or hydrophilic medium in the obtained adhesive layer is 30% by weight.
The following conditions are selected.

In the following, “%” means “% by weight” in all cases. <Measurement method and evaluation method> Moisture content of the adhesive layer The weight (Wo) of the adhesive layer having a predetermined size is measured, and this is stored at 75 ° C for 30 minutes in a dryer. Immediately thereafter, the weight (Wt) was measured, and the water content was determined by the following equation. 1. Moisture content (%) = (Wo−Wt) / Wo × 100 The thickness of the adhesive layer was measured using a dial gauge. 3. Air permeability of holding layer Measured according to JIS P-8117. 4. Peel Strength of Adhesive Material 0.5 ml of distilled water is dropped on a horizontally installed bakelite plate, and a 2 cm × 5 cm square sample is gently adhered thereon.
