空気が衝突し旋回流とされる傾斜壁面を有する一
次衝突手段と、この一次衝突手段の後流に設けら
れて前記旋回流を増長する偏向部材と、この偏向
部材と流出口間に設けられて前記旋回流を増速さ
せる絞り及び同絞りにより増速された圧縮空気を
受け止める壁面を有する二次衝突手段とを備えた
