本考案は、軽金属製自転車の前ホーク脚に取付

ろである。然し、接着剤のみによる固着では強度
の点、即ち走行中強力な外力が作用した場合、安
全性保持の上に問題がある。本考案はこの問題と

した軽合金製スリーブ4を嵌合し、このスリーブ
を差し込んだホーク脚の肩部を外周より適当な加
熱装置によつて加熱し、スリーブの嵌合部と、ホ
ーク脚の肩部とを図示の6,7の如く溶着させ、
同時にステムのネジ部8に螺合したスリーブのネ
ジ部9を、ねじ戻しがきかないように歪ませて一
体化させ、ステムを堅固にホーク脚の肩部に固着

車前ホーク。 (2) スリーブとステムとの螺合部に、側方よりノ
ツクピンを打込んで、ステムとスリーブの固着
を補強したことを特徴とする前記登録請求の範
