Claims (1)
くともいずれか一方の稜線部に切刃が形成され、
切刃の稜線に沿つてネガランドが形成されるとと
もにネガランドの内側がすくい面とされたスロー
アウエイチツプにおいて、上記切刃を丸ホーニン
グを施してなるホーニング切刃とし、上記ネガラ
ンドとすくい面との交叉部を断面円弧状の凸曲面
とし、この凸曲面の曲率半径を0.3mm〜0.7
mmとしたことを特徴とするスローアウエイチツプ
。 (2) 前記ネガランドが上面または下面に対して
なす傾斜角度を5°〜45°とし、ホーニング切
刃の断面の曲率半径を0.01mm〜0.1mmとし
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
項に記載のスローアウエイチツプ。 (3) 前記凸曲面の曲率中心から側面までの距離
を、0.1mm〜1.5mmの範囲で上面または下面
の角部から隣接する角部側へ向かうに従つて漸次
増加させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項または第2項に記載のスローアウエイ
