この発明は、配線用遮断器の基本機能である過負荷・短
絡保護機能に加えて漏電警報機能を備えた漏電警報機能
付き配線用遮断器に関するものである.
〔従来の技術〕
従来のこの種の漏電警報機能付き配線用遮断器として第
3図〜第7図に示すものが提案されている.第3図は外
観斜視図、第4図はカバーを外した概略正面図、第5図
はその回路図、第6図は漏電り【ノーの付近を示す部分
斜視図、第7図は感度切換装置の付近を示す部分斜視図
である。図において、(1)は配線用遮断器で、図示省
略しているが過負荷・短絡保護機能を備えている。(2
)は配線用遮断器(1)の遮断器ケースで、ベース(2
a)とカバー(2b)とからなっている6 (3)は遮
断器ケース(2)の中央に設けられる手動操作ハンドル
、(4)は手動操作ハンドル(3)に連繋される開閉機
構部、(5)は開閉機構部(4)の横に配置される漏電
リレー(バワーリレー)で、基板(5a)によりベース
(2a)上の取付台(6)に取付けられる。(7),(

る負荷側・電源側端子部、(9)は負荷側端子部(7)
の一側部に設けた零相変流器、(10)は漏電リレー(
5)と零相変流器(9)との間に設4−Jた増幅部、(
11)は負荷側端子部(7)の他側部に設けたトランス

板(14)により取付けられる感度切換装置で、感度電

れているので大電流が流れるとその磁束によって漏電リ
レー(5)の内部コイル(502)に電圧が銹引される
ことによっても、内部接点(501)にチヤタリングが

ースに入れて磁性材からなる取付部材により遮断器ケー
スに取付けることにより漏電リレーにおける内部接点の
チヤタリングを無くすことのできる漏電警報機能付き配
電用遮断器を得ることを目的とする.
[課題を解決するための手段〕
上記目的を達成するために、この発明に係る漏電警報機
能付き配線用遮断器は、漏電リレーを遮断器ケース内の
開閉機構部から離れた位置に配置すると共に、漏電リレ
ーをシールドケースに入れて磁性材からなる取付部材に
より遮断器ケース内に取付だものである.
[作用j
この発明においては、漏電リレーを開閉機構部から離し
たので開閉動作による振動・衝撃によって内部接点にチ
ヤタリングが生じないし、漏電リレーをシールドケース
に入れて磁性材からなる取付部材により遮断器ケース内
に取付けたので大電流による磁束によ2でも内部コイル
に電圧が誘引されない.
[実施例]
この発明の一実施例を第1図、第2図について説明する
.第1図は感度切換装置の付近を示す部分斜視図、第2
図は第1図の要部分解図であり、前記従来のものと同一
または相当部分には同一符号を付して説明を省略する.
図において、(19)は磁性材からなるシールドケース
で、筒内に漏電リレー(5)を嵌合する,(20)は磁
性材からなる取付板で、感度切換装置(12)の取付台
(l3)にネジなどにより取付けられる.(2l)は磁
性材からなる取付枠で、取付板(20)に固定されてい
る.(21a)は取付枠(21)に設けたツメで、漏電
リレー(5)の基板(5a)に掛け止めて漏電リレー(
5)をシールドケース(19)と共に取付枠(2l)内
に固定する.このように漏電リレー(5)を感度切換装
置(12)の取付台(13)に取付けておくと、漏電リ
レー(5)が開閉機構部(4)から離れるので開閉動作
による振動・衝撃によって漏電リレー(5)の内部接点
(501)にチヤタリングが生じない.また漏電リレー
(5)をシールドケース(19)に入れて取付枠(2l
)と取付板(20)とにより取付台(13)に取付けて
