A plastic parison heated to a molding temperature and a handle are placed in a half blow molding die, and a pressure fluid is blown into the parison to perform blow molding, whereby the handle is attached to the bottle body. In the method of manufacturing a plastic bottle with a handle that is integrally attached, a handle body that holds the cap of the bottomed tubular parison in a parison holder to heat the parison to a molding temperature, and is arranged adjacent to the parison holder. After the pin protruding from the support is fitted into the hole formed at one end of the handle body to support the handle body, the half mold is closed so as to wrap the parison and the handle body.
