Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a self-adhesive compsn. which gives the subject tape capable of being unwound by a decreased force without detriment to the self-adhesive properties by compounding a specific rubber component with a specified amt. of a tackifying resin. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. rubber component comprising a natural rubber and a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer is compounded with 90-130 pts.wt. tackifying resin (e.g. Arkon P70, a product of Arakawa Chemical Industry, Co., Ltd.). The figure shows a cross section of the object tape prepd. by forming this self-adhesive layer 2 on one side of a substrate 1 and a release layer 11 on the other side.

が、天然ゴムは優れた粘着性と高い凝集力を有する為に
巻戻力が大きく、貼付作業時に、巻重体から粘着テープ
を引き出す作業性に劣る為、支持体の背面に離型剤とし
て長鎖アルキル基含有ポリマーもしくはシリコン化合物
を塗工することが行われている。又、粘着剤に長鎖アル
キル基含有ポリマーもしくはラノリン等の軟化剤を添加
することも行われている。

ル系樹脂、キシレン樹脂等が挙げられる。スチレン−イ
ソプレン−スチレンブロックコポリマー(SIS)の含
有量は、天然ゴム 100重量部に対し15〜50重量部とされ
るのが好ましい。15重量部未満では、充分な凝集力が得
られず、50重量部を超えると、弾性率が高くなり過ぎ、
初期粘着性が低下してしまうからである。粘着性付与樹
脂の添加量が、ゴム成分 100重量部に対して90〜 130重
量部とされるのは、90重量部未満では、充分な粘着力が
得られず、 130重量部を超えると、初期粘着性が低下し
てしまうからである。更に好ましくは、95〜 125重量部
である。
