管3を介して連なる凝縮缶4と、凝縮缶4にポン
プ6を介して連なるアルコールを収容する為の製
品タンク9より成り、上記蒸発乾燥抽出缶2は、
本体缶14と、本体缶14内に重力方向Gに沿つ
て垂直に配設された回転軸29と、当該回転軸2
9に沿つて、螺旋状と成され、その上面30aが
平坦に成されている垂直螺旋回転羽根30より成
り、上記本体缶14内に投入された酒粕1を回転
軸29及び垂直螺旋回転羽根30の回転Rにより
、順次上方へ上昇Uさせつつ、回転Rに伴う遠心
力によつて本体缶14の壁面に形成された伝熱面
18に寄せ、順次伝熱面18で以つて乾燥せしめ
、蒸発したアルコールを上記凝縮缶4へ導き、液
化させ、ポンプ6によつて製品タンク9へ収容し
