後部に移動したときに前端部が上記鋸より後方に
位置し、且つ上記固定機枠の後部に一部が掛り、
最前部に移動したときに後端部が上記鋸より前方
に位置し、且つ上記固定機枠の前部に一部が掛る
ように設けてある、自走式製材車である。 固定機枠と送り機枠の相対長さは特に限定はし

自走台車6は、図示を省略した原動機によつて走
行できるようにしてあり、上部には製材機Aが設
置してある。 製材機Aは、固定機枠1と送り機枠2及び鋸装
置3を備えている。 固定機枠1は、二本のL型アングルの枠材1
1,11aを5本のリブ材12で平行に連結した
形状である。枠材11,11aの間には5本の送
りローラ13が装着されている。また枠材11,
11aの外側にはそれぞれ7個のガイドローラ1
4が備えられている。そして第1図及び第2図に
おいて右寄りの4本のリブ材12には、リブ材1
2に固着された固定具120(第4図参照)によ
つて保持部材15が固定されている。 保持部材15はL型アングルで、一辺を水平に
して「状に取付けられている。保持部材15の側
部には3箇所に軸受部材151が固着されてお
り、軸受部材151には操作棒152が挿着され

設けられている(第5図参照)。 固定具233はリブ材23に形成された軸受片
234にヘツドが尖つたハンマー体235を回動
自在に取着した構造であり、ハンマー体235を
回動させて木材の後部に打込み固定する。 送り機枠2の各リブ材23の下側のほぼ中央に
は軸受具238によつて案内輪239が取着され
ている。送り機枠2は案内輪239を固定機枠1
の保持部材15の下方から当接させ、且つ固定機
枠1両側のガイドローラ14に当接するように固
定機枠1に装着されている。この構造によれば送
り機枠2は固定機枠1のガイドローラ14によつ
てガイドされながらスライドし、送り機枠2が固
定機枠1の一方の端部に来てもガタついたりはず
れてしまうことはない。 そして、枠材21aの後部内側には送り機枠2
が固定機枠1の先端側の所定の位置に来たときに
固定機枠1のストツパーピン16と当たるストツ
パー片29が設けられている。ストツパー片29
の後部にはストツパー受部28が設けられてお
り、ストツパーピン27をストツパー受部28と
固定機枠1の後部の固定孔(図示省略)に挿通し
て、クローラ等に搭載した場合等に便利なよう
に、送り機枠2を固定機枠1に固定できるように
している。 なお、ストツパーピン27は着脱自在で、製材
作業時にはストツパー受部28から取りはずし、
固定機枠1の枠材11a後部に設けられたストツ
パー装着部270に装着される。そして、送り機
枠2の先端側のリブ材23の一端はやや長く形成
されており、送り機枠2が固定機枠1の後端側の
所定の位置に来たときにストツパー装着部270
に装着されたストツパーピン27と当接するよう
にしている。これによつて送り機枠2は固定機枠
1の前後部の所定の位置で止まり、固定機枠1か
らはずれることはない。 また枠材22の先端部には前述の操作棒152
の停止片153が回動して載置される載置片22
1が形成されている。 鋸装置3は、駆動装置31と丸鋸32からな
る。丸鋸32の上部半分は鋸カバー33で覆わ
