V={(1-0.01C)×Q×10-3}/(3600×ρ2) ・・・(1)
不織布製造設備20を用いて、表1に示す各条件で不織布10を製造し、実施例1~10とした。製造した不織布10の厚みは、前述の通り4000μmである。用いたファイバ材は、表1の「ファイバ材」欄に記載している。印加電圧は40Vとし、距離Lは150mmとした。
B;ファイバ片が認められたものの、その量は極めて微量であり実用上問題のないレベルであった。
C;ファイバ片が多量に認められた。
表1に示す条件で不織布を製造し、比較例1~2とした。印加電圧は40Vとし、距離Lは150mmとした。

Claims (2)
- 複数のファイバで形成された不織布において、
前記複数のファイバの平均径が0.10μm以上5.00μm以下の範囲内であり、
空隙率が少なくとも90%であり、
平均孔径が0.5μm以上50μm以下の範囲内であり、
厚みが2000μm以上100000μm以下の範囲内であり、
破断伸度が少なくとも10%であり、
前記ファイバは、セルロース系ポリマーで形成されており、
前記セルロース系ポリマーは、セルロースアシレートである不織布。 - 前記セルロースアシレートは、セルロースアセテートプロピオネートと、セルローストリアセテートと、セルロースジアセテートとのいずれかである請求項1に記載の不織布。
