3.銀ペースト19を適用すること(例えば、塗装又は印刷及び乾燥による)
4.銅製バスバー8を取り付けること(例えば、接着性のバスバー又は導電性の両面接着ストリップのいずれかによる)

-OFFモードにおける局所的な不透明度の減少
-電気接触切れ。
a)外側ポリマーキャリア層2
b)外側導電層3と、
c)PDLC層4
d)内側導電層5、及び
e)内側ポリマーキャリア層6、
ここで、PDLC層スタックの側部においては、外側ポリマーキャリア層2、外側導電層3、及びPDLC層4が後退しており、それによって内側導電層5が内側ポリマーキャリア層6と一緒にそこに突出するようにされており、
PDLC層スタックの別の側部においては、内側ポリマーキャリア層6、内側導電層5、及びPDLC層4が後退しており、それによって外側導電層3が外側ポリマーキャリア層2と一緒にそこに突出するようにされており、
各々の場合において、突出している内側導電層5及び突出している外側導電層3にバスバー7、8が配置されており、バスバーは導電性中間層19を介してPDLC層スタックの導電層3、5に接続されており、
バスバー7、8は、各々の場合において、長手方向に前後に配置されている少なくとも2つの別個の導電性金属ストリップ9、10、11、12、13、14から作られており、隣接する別個の金属ストリップは、少なくとも1つのブリッジ要素15を介して、又は重なり合う構成16により導電的に接続されている。
a)外側ポリマーキャリア層
b)外側導電層、
c)PDLC層、
d)内側導電層、及び
e)内側ポリマーキャリア層。
本発明の実施態様の一部を以下の項目1~15に記載する。
〈項目1〉
外側ガラスペイン、1つ又は複数の外側ラミネート層、1つ又は複数の内側ラミネート層、及び内側ガラスペインをこの順序で含み、PDLC層スタックが外側ラミネート層と内側ラミネート層との間に配置されており、PDLC層スタックが以下の順序で形成されており、
a)外側ポリマーキャリア層(2)
b)外側導電層(3)、
c)PDLC層(4)、
d)内側導電層(5)、及び
e)内側ポリマーキャリア層(6)、
前記PDLC層スタックの側部においては、前記外側ポリマーキャリア層(2)、前記外側導電層(3)、及び前記PDLC層(4)が後退しており、それによって前記内側導電層(5)が前記内側ポリマーキャリア層(6)と一緒にそこに突出するようにされており、
PDLC層スタックの別の側部においては、前記内側ポリマーキャリア層(6)、前記内側導電層(5)、及び前記PDLC層(4)が後退しており、それによって前記外側導電層(3)が前記外側ポリマーキャリア層(2)と一緒にそこに突出するようにされており、
各々の場合において、突出している内側導電層(5)及び突出している外側導電層(3)にバスバー(7、8)が配置されており、前記バスバーが導電性中間層(19)を介してPDLC層スタックの導電層(3、5)に接続されており、
前記バスバー(7、8)が、各々の場合において、長手方向に前後に配置されている少なくとも2つの別個の導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)から作られており、隣接する別個の金属ストリップが、少なくとも1つのブリッジ要素(15)を介して、又は重なり合う配置(16)により導電的に接続されていることを特徴とする、
乗物用ペイン(1)。
〈項目2〉
前記導電性中間層(19)が銀層であり、及び/又は前記導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)が銅ストリップ、好ましくは自己接着性銅ストリップである、項目1に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目3〉
前記PDLC層スタックの前記導電層(3、5)が、透明な導電性酸化物、好ましくはインジウム-スズ酸化物から作られている、項目1又は2に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目4〉
前記ブリッジ要素(15)は、前記導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)と同じ材料から作られており、及び/又は銅ストリップから作られている、項目1~3のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目5〉
前記ブリッジ要素(15)がU字状であり、前記ブリッジ要素の一方の脚部が導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、12、13)に装着されており、かつ前記ブリッジ要素の他方の脚部が隣接する導電性金属ストリップ(10、11、13、14)に装着されている、項目1~4のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目6〉
前記重なり合う配置において、前記導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、12、13)が、その全長においては、前記導電性中間層(19)上に適用されておらず、かつ導電性中間層(19)が塗布されていない部分で隣接する金属ストリップ上に重ねられている、項目1~5のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目7〉
前記重なり合う配置(16)において、2つの金属ストリップが重なり合う領域の長さが、5~100mm、好ましくは10~30mmの範囲内である、項目1に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目8〉
前記少なくとも1つのブリッジ要素(15)が、前記導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)上に接着又は半田付けによって装着されているか、又は前記重なり合う配置(16)において、前記中間層上に適用されていない金属ストリップの前記一部が、前記隣接する導電性金属ストリップ上に接着又は半田付けによって重ね合わせて装着されている、項目1~7のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目9〉
前記バスバー(7、8)が、少なくとも60cm、好ましくは少なくとも80cm、特に好ましくは少なくとも100cmの長さを有し、及び/又は
前記導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)の長さが、導電性中間層(19)上に適用される金属ストリップの長さのみを考慮して、25~80cm、好ましくは30~60cmの範囲にある、項目1~8のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目10〉
2つの隣接する導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)間の距離が、0~50mm、好ましくは3~10mmの範囲にある、項目1~9のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目11〉
前記バスバー(7、8)は、各々の場合において、2つ、3つ、又は4つの別個の導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)から形成されている、項目1~10のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目12〉
一方のバスバー(7)が前記乗物用ペインの一方の側の側面領域に配置されており、他方のバスバー(8)が前記乗物用ペインの反対側の側面領域に配置されており、側面領域に前記バスバーが配置されている2つの側面が、好ましくは前記乗物用ペインの他の二つの側面よりも長い、項目1~11のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目13〉
前記バスバーの下の前記導電性中間層(19)が、連続的な導電性中間層(19)である、項目1~12のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目14〉
自動車用ペイン、好ましくはスライディング屋根パネル、ガラス屋根、後部窓、後側面窓、又は前面窓である、項目1~13のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
〈項目15〉
項目1~14のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペインを含む、乗物、好ましくは自動車。

Claims (13)
- 外側ガラスペイン、1つ又は複数の外側ラミネート層、1つ又は複数の内側ラミネート層、及び内側ガラスペインをこの順序で含み、PDLC層スタックが外側ラミネート層と内側ラミネート層との間に配置されており、PDLC層スタックが以下の順序で形成されており、
a)外側ポリマーキャリア層(2)
b)外側導電層(3)、
c)PDLC層(4)、
d)内側導電層(5)、及び
e)内側ポリマーキャリア層(6)、
前記PDLC層スタックの側部においては、前記外側ポリマーキャリア層(2)、前記外側導電層(3)、及び前記PDLC層(4)が後退しており、それによって前記内側導電層(5)が前記内側ポリマーキャリア層(6)と一緒にそこに突出するようにされており、
PDLC層スタックの別の側部においては、前記内側ポリマーキャリア層(6)、前記内側導電層(5)、及び前記PDLC層(4)が後退しており、それによって前記外側導電層(3)が前記外側ポリマーキャリア層(2)と一緒にそこに突出するようにされており、
各々の場合において、突出している内側導電層(5)及び突出している外側導電層(3)にバスバー(7、8)が配置されており、前記バスバーが導電性中間層(19)を介してPDLC層スタックの導電層(3、5)に接続されており、
前記バスバー(7、8)が、各々の場合において、長手方向に前後に配置されている少なくとも2つの別個の導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)から作られており、
隣接する別個の金属ストリップが、重なり合う配置(16)により導電的に接続されている、
乗物用ペイン(1)。 - 前記導電性中間層(19)が銀層であり、及び/又は前記導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)が銅ストリップである、請求項1に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 前記PDLC層スタックの前記導電層(3、5)が、透明な導電性酸化物から作られている、請求項1又は2に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 前記重なり合う配置において、前記導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、12、13)が、その全長においては、前記導電性中間層(19)上に適用されておらず、かつ導電性中間層(19)が塗布されていない部分で隣接する金属ストリップ上に重ねられている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 前記重なり合う配置(16)において、2つの金属ストリップが重なり合う領域の長さが、5~100mmの範囲内である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 前記重なり合う配置(16)において、前記導電性中間層上に適用されていない金属ストリップの一部が、前記隣接する導電性金属ストリップ上に接着又は半田付けによって重ね合わせて装着されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 前記バスバー(7、8)が、少なくとも60cmの長さを有し、及び/又は
前記導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)の長さが、導電性中間層(19)上に適用される金属ストリップの長さのみを考慮して、25~80cmの範囲にある、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。 - 2つの隣接する導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)間の距離が、0~50mmの範囲にある、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 前記バスバー(7、8)は、各々の場合において、2つ、3つ、又は4つの別個の導電性金属ストリップ(9、10、11、12、13、14)から形成されている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 一方のバスバー(7)が前記乗物用ペインの一方の側の側面領域に配置されており、他方のバスバー(8)が前記乗物用ペインの反対側の側面領域に配置されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 前記バスバーの下の前記導電性中間層(19)が、連続的な導電性中間層(19)である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
