Claims (8)
- ラッチ装置(30)、ラッチ捕捉装置(40)、及び収容装置(50)を有する、電動自動車の充電フラップ(110)をロックするロック装置であって、前記収容装置(50)は受け部(52)を含み、前記ラッチ捕捉装置(40)は、前記受け部(52)に密着嵌めの態様で収容されて確実にクランプされ、前記ラッチ装置(30)は、前記自動車の車体構成要素(120)に連結可能であり、前記収容装置(50)は、前記自動車の前記充電フラップ(110)に連結可能であり、前記ラッチ装置(30)は、ロック位置(VS)において、前記ラッチ捕捉装置(40)に密着嵌めの態様で連結可能であり、解除位置(ES)において、前記ラッチ捕捉装置(40)から引き離し可能であり、前記ラッチ捕捉装置(40)は、前記ラッチ装置(30)の前記ロック位置(VS)において、前記ラッチ装置(30)によって、引抜き方向(A)に沿って所定の最小引抜き力を加えることで、破壊することなく、前記受け部(52)から取り外し可能なように設計される、ロック装置。
- 前記受け部(52)は、円筒形の第1の収容部分(54)と、前記第1の収容部分(54)に通じている漏斗状の第2の収容部分(56)とを有し、前記ラッチ捕捉装置(40)は、円筒形のベース部分(42)と、漏斗状の保持部分(44)とを含み、前記保持部分(44)は、密着嵌めの態様で、前記第2の収容部分(56)に収容され、前記ベース部分(42)は、密着嵌めの態様で、前記第1の収容部分(54)に収容され、前記保持部分(44)は、前記第1の収容部分(54)よりも半径方向(R)に大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロック装置。
- 前記保持部分(44)は、半径方向(R)に弾性圧縮可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のロック装置。
- 前記第2の収容部分(56)は、断面において、前記第1の収容部分(54)に対して約135°の角度(α)をなすことを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のロック装置。
- 前記保持部分(44)は、複数のスロット(45)を設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載のロック装置。
- 前記保持部分(44)は、一部分が軟質弾性プラスチックで製造され、一部分が硬質プラスチックで製造されることを特徴とする、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載のロック装置。
- 前記ラッチ捕捉装置(40)は、窪み(41)を含み、前記収容装置(50)は、前記ラッチ捕捉装置(40)が、前記ラッチ捕捉装置(40)と前記収容装置(50)との相対回転を防止するように、密着嵌めの態様で前記受け部(52)に保持され、前記受け部(52)に確実にクランプされるような態様で、前記窪み(41)に受け入れられるブリッジ部分(51)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のロック装置。
- 車体構成要素(120)と、充電フラップ(110)と、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の前記充電フラップ(110)をロックするロック装置(20)とを含む電動自動車であって、前記ロック装置(20)の前記ラッチ装置(30)は、前記車体構成要素(120)に連結され、前記ロック装置(20)の前記収容装置(50)は、前記充電フラップ(110)に連結される、電動自動車。
