Description
Claims (15)
- エアロゾル発生システム用のヒーター組立品であって、
−ヒーター要素と、
−エアロゾル発生液体を含む貯蔵部と、
−前記ヒーター組立品の使用時に発生した過剰な蒸気を凝縮するための凝縮器であって、前記凝縮器が、凝縮物が少なくとも部分的に前記貯蔵部に運び戻されるように形成されるものと、を備える、ヒーター組立品。 - 前記凝縮器が前記エアロゾル発生液体のすぐ近くに配置される、請求項1に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記凝縮器が非多孔性、非吸収性の材料、好ましくは重合体、金属、またはセラミック材料から作製される、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記凝縮器が円錐形状および先端部の穴を有し、前記過剰な蒸気が前記ヒーター組立品の方に向いた前記凝縮器の前記円錐形表面に凝縮し、また前記凝縮物が、前記凝縮器の前記円錐形表面に沿って流れ、最終的に前記ヒーター組立品に滴り落ちる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記貯蔵部が、前記エアロゾル発生液体が吸収される多孔性材料を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記貯蔵部が、前記エアロゾル発生が消費された後で交換できる消耗品である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記ヒーター要素が0.1〜10オーム、0.4〜5オーム、より好ましくは0.8〜2オーム、最も好ましくは約1.5オームの抵抗を有する抵抗ヒーターである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記ヒーター組立品が100〜200℃、好ましくは150〜180℃の範囲の使用温度を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記エアロゾル発生液体が0.1〜10重量パーセント、好ましくは1〜2重量パーセントのニコチンを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記エアロゾル発生液体が、200℃での蒸気圧が200℃でのニコチンの蒸気圧の少なくとも20%、好ましくは少なくとも50%を持つ、20〜60重量パーセント、好ましくは30〜50重量パーセントである化合物を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記エアロゾル発生液体が、200℃での蒸気圧が200℃でのニコチンの蒸気圧の少なくとも50%未満、好ましくは少なくとも30%未満を持つ、40〜80重量パーセント、好ましくは50〜70重量パーセントである化合物を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のヒーター組立品を備えるエアロゾル発生システム。
- 少なくとも2つの部品を持つハウジングであって、前記第一の部品がマウスピースと、前記凝縮器と、前記ヒーター要素とを備え、また前記第二の部品が電源と、制御回路と、前記貯蔵部のための支持体とを備え、前記貯蔵部が前記第一の部品と前記第二の部品との間に挿入され、前記2部品のハウジングが組み立てられる時に前記ヒーター要素と前記支持体との間にしっかりと保持される、請求項12に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 空気吸込み口から、前記ヒーター組立品を備えるエアロゾル形成チャンバーを通り、前記マウスピースへと空気の流れ経路が確立され、吸煙間の前記空気の流れを遮断するための遮断手段が前記空気の流れ経路内に提供される、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- エアロゾル発生システム用のヒーター組立品を製造する方法であって、
−ヒーター要素を提供する工程と、
−エアロゾル発生液体を含む貯蔵部を提供する工程であって、それによって、前記エアロゾル発生システムの使用時に前記貯蔵部が前記ヒーター要素と熱的に接触して位置付けられる工程と、
−前記ヒーター組立品の使用時に発生した過剰な蒸気を凝縮するための凝縮器を提供する工程とを含み、
前記凝縮器が、前記凝縮物が少なくとも部分的に前記貯蔵部に戻されるように形成される、方法。
