Abstract
【解決手段】印刷対象物1の、立体的な表面の形状と印刷対象箇所11の位置とを解析し、2次元データに変換する解析工程と、冶具2の載置凹部21内に印刷対象物1の少なくとも一部を、立体的な表面を上に向けて載置する載置工程と、立体的な表面の印刷対象箇所11に、2次元データに基づきプライマー層3を形成するプライマー層形成工程と、プライマー層3の表面の印刷対象箇所に、2次元データに基づき白色UV硬化インクを塗布しUV照射を行う白引き工程と、白色UV硬化インクが塗布された印刷対象箇所に、2次元データに基づき白色以外のUV硬化インクを塗布しUV照射を行うカラー印刷工程と、を備えることを特徴とする印刷方法。

Claims (3)
- 印刷対象箇所が含まれる立体的な表面を有し、平面視における形状が円形である印刷対象物の、前記立体的な表面の形状と前記印刷対象箇所の位置とに基づき、前記印刷対象物の立体的な形状を、平面化した際の塗装厚さのムラを考慮して、前記印刷対象物の立体的な形状を平面化した形状を示す2次元データに変換する解析工程と、
冶具の載置凹部内に前記印刷対象物の少なくとも一部を嵌入し、前記立体的な表面を上に向けて前記治具に前記印刷対象物を載置する載置工程と、
前記立体的な表面の前記印刷対象箇所に、前記2次元データに基づきプライマー層を形成するプライマー層形成工程と、
前記プライマー層の表面の前記印刷対象箇所に、前記2次元データに基づき白色UV硬化インクを塗布しUV照射を行う白引き工程と、
前記白色UV硬化インクが塗布された前記印刷対象箇所に、前記2次元データに基づき白色以外のUV硬化インクを塗布しUV照射を行うカラー印刷工程と、
を備え、
前記載置工程において行われる前記印刷対象物の位置決めは、前記冶具に設けられた円形状の基準線と、前記印刷対象物の前記立体的な表面の裏面に、複数の凸形状の文字が並べられた行および/または列を形成することで形成された文字部と、前記文字部の外周縁の形状に対応する前記載置凹部に基いて行われ、
前記文字部の外周縁の形状と、前記載置凹部の形状は多角形状であることを特徴とする印刷方法。 - 前記カラー印刷工程において塗布される前記白色以外のUV硬化インクは、イエロー、マゼンタ、シアン及びブラックのUV硬化インクであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の印刷方法。
- 前記載置工程では、前記印刷対象物の、前記印刷対象箇所を含まない部分の形状に基づき前記載置凹部内における位置決めが行われることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の印刷方法。
