Claims (2)
- 第1面及び前記第1面と反対の第2面を含む基板と、
前記基板の前記第1面に形成される周辺ダミー層と、
前記基板の前記第1面と前記周辺ダミー層に形成された中間層と、
前記中間層に形成される透明電極と、
前記透明電極と連結される配線と、
を含み、
前記透明電極は、第1電極及び第2電極を含み、
前記第1電極及び第2電極は、同一層に形成され、
前記基板の周辺領域において前記透明電極の一部と配線とは積層するように配置されることを特徴とする、タッチパネル。 - 前記透明電極は、インジウムスズ酸化物(indium tin oxide)、インジウム亜鉛酸化物(indium zinc oxide)、銅酸化物、銀ナノワイヤー、及びカーボンナノチューブ(CNT)からなる群から選択された物質をいずれか1つ含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
