Claims (9)
- モータと、モータに装着されたギアボックスと、制御モジュールとを備え、ギアボックスは、モータに向いた開口を有するギアボックスハウジングを含み、モータは、モータハウジングと、ギアボックスのウォームギアを駆動するために開口を通してギアボックスハウジングへと延びるシャフトとを含むモータ駆動装置において、
前記制御モジュールは、前記ギアボックスハウジングの開口に装着されたケースと、前記ギアボックスに装着されたPCBとを備え、該PCBのほとんどは、前記開口に収容され、更に、該PCBは、前記シャフトに実質的に平行な平面内に延び、前記PCBには固体接触部が形成されて、PCBを把持する弾力性モータ端子に電気的に接続される、モータ駆動装置。 - 前記制御モジュールは、前記シャフトに装着された位置磁石と、前記シャフトの回転を検出するためにPCBに装着されたホールセンサとを備えた、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記PCBは、実質的に長方形である、請求項1又は2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記PCBの1つの縁は、少なくとも1つの段を有し且つこの少なくとも1つの段により生じる可変の巾を有し、前記ホールセンサは、小さい巾に対応する一部分において前記PCBに装着される、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記開口の2つの対向側壁の各々に軸方向に延びる溝が形成され、前記PCBは、この溝により前記ギアボックスハウジングに装着される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記PCBは、前記溝にプレスフィットされる、請求項5に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記PCBは、前記ケースにより前記ギアボックスハウジングに保持される、請求項5又は6に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記ケースは、モータハウジングとギアボックスハウジングとの間にサンドイッチされる第1部分と、PCBの端子を受け入れるためにモータハウジングの片側に配置された一体的に形成された第2部分とを含む、請求項7に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記ウォームギア及び端子は、シャフトを含み且つウォームギアの回転軸に平行な平面の片側に位置される、請求項8に記載のモータ駆動装置。
