尚、室温から核形成温度までの昇温速度を300℃/時間、核形成温度から結晶成長温度までの昇温速度を150℃/時間とし、結晶成長温度から室温までの降温速度を100℃/時間とした。

Claims (6)
- 実質的にAs2O3及びSb2O3を含まず、質量百分率で、SiO2 55.0〜73.0%、Al2O3 17.0〜27.0%、Li2O 2.0〜5.0%、MgO 0〜1.5%、ZnO 0〜1.5%、Na2O 0〜1.0%、K2O 0〜1.0%TiO2 0〜3.8%、ZrO2 0〜2.5%、SnO2 0〜0.6%、TiO2+ZrO2 2.3〜3.8%であり、かつLi 2 O、MgO及びZnOを合量で2.0〜5.2%含有することを特徴とする結晶性ガラス。
- 質量百分率で、Na2O 0.05〜1.0%、K2O 0.05〜1.0%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の結晶性ガラス。
- 質量百分率で、Na2O及びK2Oを合量で0.35〜1.0%含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の結晶性ガラス。
- フロート法で成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の結晶性ガラス。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の結晶性ガラスを熱処理して結晶化させてなることを特徴とする結晶化ガラス。
- 主結晶がβ−石英固溶体またはβ−スポジュメン固溶体であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の結晶化ガラス。
