Claims (4)
- 制動力を発生するために使用される油圧を発生するためのマスタシリンダと、
前記マスタシリンダが発生する油圧を制御するための加圧部材と、
ブレーキペダルの操作に基づき前記加圧部材の中心部を進退移動する軸部材と、
前記加圧部材を進退移動するための電動アクチュエータと、
前記加圧部材の移動量あるいは位置を計測するために使用するセンサと、
制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、ブレーキペダルの操作に基づき前記電動アクチュエータを制御することにより、前記マスタシリンダが発生する油圧を制御し、
さらに前記制御装置は、ブレーキペダルが操作されていない状態を検知し、ブレーキペダルが操作されていない状態で、加圧部材の位置あるいは移動の基準点を学習動作により求め、
さらに前記制御装置は、ブレーキペダルが操作されていない状態を検知するために、前記加圧部材を移動させ、前記加圧部材の移動に基づく前記軸部材の移動を検知し、前記軸部材の移動に基づいてブレーキペダルの操作の有無を判断することを特徴とする電動倍力装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電動倍力装置において、
固定された位置に設けられた固定部材と、
前記加圧部材の移動に対応して移動する移動部材と、を備え、
前記固定部材は、前記加圧部材が進退移動する移動軸に沿った位置に設けられた第1のストッパであり、
前記移動部材は、前記加圧部材と共に移動する第2のストッパであり、
前記制御装置は、前記加圧部材と共に移動する第2のストッパが前記第1のストッパに接したことに基づき、前記基準点を学習することを特徴とする電動倍力装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電動倍力装置において、
前記制御装置は、前記マスタシリンダが制動力を発生するための油圧を発生しない前記加圧部材の位置を待機位置とし、さらに待機位置より前記マスタシリンダから遠い位置に前記固定部材を設け、
ブレーキペダルの操作状態からブレーキペダルの操作がなされていない状態になったときに、前記制御装置は前記電動アクチュエータを制御して、前記加圧部材を前記待機位置に移動し、
学習動作において、前記制御装置は前記移動部材が前記固定部材の位置に到達するように、前記電動アクチュエータを制御することを特徴とする電動倍力装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3の内の一に記載の電動倍力装置において、
車両が加速している条件に基づいてセンサの零点の学習を行うことを特徴とする電動倍力装置。
