Description
本発明により使用する触媒Aの調製
触媒Aは、有機金属表面化学法(OrganoMetallic Surface Chemical Method、OMSC)と呼ばれる合成法を使用して得た。炭化ケイ素SiC押出し成形物(直径2mm)は、シカット・サール(SICAT Sarl)から供給されたもので、それらの主な特性を表1にまとめた。
第1のオレフィン系原料流における、触媒Aの使用と触媒Bの使用の比較
拡散による限界の問題をカバーするために、これらの触媒は空気のないところで粉砕して300〜500マイクロメートルの画分とした。この固体を次いで、空気中、周囲温度で4時間かけて不動態化させ、触媒反応器に充填した。次いでこの触媒を、合成原料流(n−ヘプタン中6重量%のジメチルジスルフィド)を使用してインサイチューで硫化させたが、その際の条件は次のとおりである。
1時間あたりの触媒に対する原料流の質量流量(WHSV)=3h−1
定温硫化工程は、350℃で4時間実施した(昇温速度20℃/時間)。
H2/原料流=300(リットル/リットル)
1時間あたりの触媒に対する原料流の質量流量(WHSV)=9h−1
温度は、280℃〜310℃の間で変化させた。
ここで、SoおよびSfはそれぞれ原料流および流出物中での濃度(ppm)を表す。
ここで、CoおよびCfはそれぞれ原料流中および流出物中のオレフィン濃度(重量%)を表す。
・AHDO=Co×HDO/100
表6に触媒AおよびBについての結果を示す。触媒Aの方が触媒Bよりも系統的に水素化が低いことから、炭化ケイ素に担持させた触媒の方が、アルミナに担持させた触媒よりも選択性がかなり高いことが判る。
第1のオレフィン系原料流の選択的水素化脱硫における、触媒Aおよび触媒B操作のスタートアップ
触媒Aおよび触媒Bについての実施例3の試験の、最初の96時間の間における水素化(a)および水素化脱硫(b)の変化を表7、および図1に示す。
第2のオレフィン系原料流の場合の、触媒Aと従来型の触媒Bとの比較
この実施例では、上記2種の触媒について、上記のようにしてさらに硫化させた脱ペンタン化オレフィン系原料流(表8)を用いて試験した。
Claims (6)
- 実質的に多核芳香族化合物および金属を含まないオレフィン系炭化水素原料流を選択的に水素化脱硫するための方法において、実質的にβ炭化ケイ素で構成される担体の上に析出させた、元素周期律表のVIII族および/またはVIB族の元素から形成される群からの少なくとも1種の金属または金属の金属化合物を含む担持触媒を使用する方法。
- 終留点が260℃未満で、少なくとも5重量%のオレフィンを含む原料流を選択的に水素化脱硫する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガソリン範囲の沸点を有する原料流を選択的に水素化脱硫する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも50重量%の熱分解ガソリンおよび/または流動接触分解ガソリンを含む原料流を選択的に水素化脱硫する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記担体が5〜300m2/gの範囲の比表面積を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 温度条件が200℃〜400℃の範囲、圧力が0.5〜4MPaの範囲、H2/原料流比が100〜600(リットル/リットル)の範囲、そして触媒に対する原料流の1時間あたりの質量流量(WHSV)が1〜15h−1の範囲で実施される選択的水素化脱硫方法における、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
