Description
The present invention relates to a method for filling a packaging bag with a patch to be applied for the purpose of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, pruritus, cooling, packing, aromatherapy and the like. More specifically, the operation when taking out the required number of patches from the packaging bag can be easily performed and taken out more than necessary, not only for healthy people but also for elderly people with clumsy hands. The present invention relates to a method of filling a patch that prevents the above-described problem.
Currently, patches have been widely used for external anti-inflammatory / analgesic agents, pruritus prevention, and for facial packs such as cooling agents and basic cosmetics.
Conventional patches, such as patches for external antiphlogistic / analgesic agents, are, for example, a support composed of a nonwoven fabric such as white or skin color, and an adhesive spread on substantially the entire surface of the support. Generally, it is comprised as a laminated structure which consists of a paste body which has a peeling film which coat | covers the whole surface of this paste body layer.
As a packaging container filled with such a patch, a laminated sheet (laminate sheet) made of a resin film such as paper, aluminum foil and polyethylene, the resin layer side of polyethylene or the like being inside, and the surroundings are heat-sealed, and further In general, a bag-like packaging bag (packaging bag) having an opening by providing a chuck that is fitted and locked on the upper and lower sides made of ethylene methacrylic acid copolymer or the like in the vicinity of an opening on one side. And this packaging bag is filled with a plurality of patches of about 3 to 8 sheets as a set.
Such a means for filling a patch into a packaging bag has the following problems.
For example, in the conventional method, the plurality of patches are filled in the packaging bag as it is, with the support surface and the release film surface being overlapped in the same direction. Therefore, each individual patch is slippery in the packaging bag, and even when one sheet is taken out, the remaining patch is unexpectedly removed due to slight vibration etc. Careful work is required to prevent backfilling.
In addition, when using an actual patch, it is often necessary to use one or two sheets at a time, and in particular, a poultice as an anti-inflammatory / analgesic agent is frequently used by elderly people who are clumsy at their hands. The removal work has to be done with particular care and is troublesome.
Furthermore, in the above method of filling the patch into the packaging bag, since the plurality of patches are filled in the packaging bag while being laminated in a flat shape, the size of the packaging bag is linked to the size of the patch. Therefore, when increasing the size of the patch, it was restricted so as not to exceed the allowable range of the equipment. In addition, the required area of the packaging bag size tends to increase, which is uneconomical.
As a solution to this problem, for example, a poultice that has been folded so that the support side is on the inside and the plastic film serving as the release sheet is on the outside has been proposed, and a plurality of the poultices in the folded state are packaged. Means for filling the inside has been proposed (Patent Document 1).
This poultice is formed by forming a specific plaster on the support surface. Filling the packaging bag consists of a plurality of folded poultices and filling the packaging bag. In that respect, it is not fundamentally different from conventional patch filling methods.
Further, in filling the packaging bag, the folded mountain portion is not necessarily positioned toward the opening side of the packaging bag, and when the support is a nonwoven fabric or a knit, it is adjacent. In order to prevent the supports from slipping with each other, it is extremely difficult to take out the required number at a time.
In view of the above-mentioned present situation, the present invention easily performs an operation when taking out the necessary number of sheets from a packaging bag for a patch such as an external anti-inflammatory / analgesic agent, or a patch intended for face pack, aromatherapy, etc. And it makes it a subject to provide the filling method in the packaging bag of the patch which is not taken out more than necessary.
In order to solve such problems, the present inventor has intensively studied. As a result, when the patch is filled in the packaging bag, the patch is folded at a time in a state where a plurality of patches are stacked, and the folded mountain portion is folded in the folded state. It is confirmed that the required amount of patch can be easily taken out one by one, and that the above-mentioned conventional problems are solved, by filling the product so that it is positioned on the opening side of It came to complete.
Therefore, the invention according to claim 1, which is a basic aspect of the present invention, is a support, an adhesive paste spread on substantially the whole surface of the support, and affixed to the paste. In a state where a plurality of patches each provided with a release film are stacked, it is folded at the approximate center of the surface of the patch, and filled in the packaging bag so that the folded mountain portion is located on the opening side of the packaging bag. This is a method for filling the patch into the packaging bag.
The invention according to
Furthermore, the invention according to
Furthermore, the present invention, as another aspect, is a patch filled by the above-described filling method, and particularly a patch characterized in that a fold line is provided at the approximate center of the patch surface.
The method for filling the packaging bag with the patch provided by the present invention has the following specific effects.
That is, since the patch filled in the packaging bag by the filling method of the present invention can be reliably taken out one by one, there is an advantage that the patch is not taken out more than necessary. .
In particular, since the folded fold portion of the folded patch is filled in the packaging bag so that it is located on the opening side of the packaging bag, even if the hand is a clumsy elderly person, etc. It becomes easy, and it becomes possible to take out one sheet at a time.
In addition, since the patch is folded roughly in half, it becomes less susceptible to the tolerance of equipment when packaging large-sized patches, and therefore, compared to patches of previous sizes, It has the advantage that a fairly large patch can be produced and filled.
Furthermore, since the patch is folded in half and filled, the size of the packaging bag can be reduced, and as a result, the required area of the laminated sheet (laminate sheet) constituting the packaging bag can be reduced. And has the advantage of being economical.
Furthermore, since the patch according to
In addition, even when the extra patch taken out is reinserted into the packaging bag, there is an advantage that the folded mountain portion can be easily refilled with the folded mountain portion directed into the packaging bag.
The patch of the present invention basically comprises a support, an adhesive paste spread on substantially the entire surface of the support, and a release film attached to the paste. It is a patch.
As the release film constituting the patch, plastics such as unstretched polypropylene (CPP), stretched polypropylene (OPP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyethylene, polyester, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, etc. Film, paper, synthetic paper, synthetic resin or a composite of a single resin, aluminum foil, a laminate of vapor deposition film and the above material, and silicon processing or embossing on the single material or composite material, Furthermore, what gave printing or coloring is used.
Although the thickness of the release film cannot be generally limited, it is preferably formed in a thickness range of about 6 μm to 200 μm, preferably about 12 μm to 75 μm.
When the thickness of the release film is less than 6 μm, it is not preferable because wrinkles are likely to occur in the release film at the time of manufacture.
On the other hand, when the thickness of the release film is larger than 200 μm, the cutting property in the production of the patch tends to be lowered, which causes an increase in cost. Furthermore, the release film itself is not preferable because it becomes more expensive.
These release films are preferably embossed to prevent slipping of fingers when the patch is taken in and out of the packaging bag. The embossed portion may be formed on the entire surface of the release film or on a local location, for example, a grip portion with fingers.
The presence / absence of embossing in the release film and its shape are not particularly limited, but it is preferable that it is easy to grip without slipping fingers, diamond pattern, lattice type, turtle shell pattern, corrugated, and other various types It is preferably formed in a shape.
Moreover, in order to clarify the product (sales) name, precautions, etc. of the patch, the release film may be displayed or colored and printed with characters, symbols, illustrations, and the like.
On the other hand, examples of the support constituting the patch include a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, and a laminate, and the presence or absence of stretchability is not limited.
Specific materials for the support include bast fibers such as paper, cotton, cannabis and jute, cellulose fibers such as leaf fibers of Manila hemp, animal fibers such as wool, protein fibers such as silk fibers and feather fibers, etc. Natural fiber, regenerated cellulose fiber such as rayon and cupra, regenerated fiber such as regenerated protein fiber, semi-synthetic fiber such as cellulose acetate fiber and promix, nylon aramid fiber, polyethylene terephthalate fiber, polyester fiber, acrylic fiber, polyethylene fiber Polyolefin fiber such as polypropylene fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, polyvinyl chloride fiber, polyvinylidene chloride fiber, polyvinyl chloride fiber, polyurethane fiber, polyoxymethylene fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, polyparaphenylenebenzbisthiazole fiber, polyimide Single fiber Others can be processed using the woven fabric complexed, non-woven fabric.
As the support, depending on the purpose of use of the patch and the site of application, the tensile strength, thickness, and stretchability should be taken into consideration as appropriate, and the transferability of the drug contained in the plaster to the support, etc. It can be selected as appropriate in consideration.
The plaster is used to exhibit effectiveness as an external patch by containing a drug in the base constituting the plaster. Therefore, the plaster contains moisture and is sticky so that the medicinal effect as a patch on the skin surface can be sufficiently obtained, and the plaster softens even at room temperature or higher, and the plaster is applied to the skin. It is formed so as to have moderate cohesiveness that does not remain.
As the thickening agent contained in the base constituting the plaster, a thickening agent that can stably retain moisture in the plaster by about 30% to 80% and has water retention is desirable. Specific examples of such thickeners include guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan, alginic acid, sodium alginate, agar, gum arabic, tragacanth gum, karaya gum, pectin, starch and other microbial systems such as xanthan gum, gelatin, Animal-based natural polymers such as collagen, cellulose-based polymers such as methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, semi-synthetic polymers such as soluble starch, carboxymethyl starch, and dialdehyde starch, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl Pyrrolidone, vinyl methacrylates such as polyvinyl methacrylate, polyacrylic acid, acrylics such as sodium polyacrylate, other polyethylene oxide, methyl vinyl ether / anhydrous The water-soluble polymers such as synthetic polymers such as maleic acid copolymer can be preferably used.
Among these, sodium polyacrylate is particularly preferable. This sodium polyacrylate has high gel strength and excellent water retention. Of these, sodium polyacrylate having an average degree of polymerization of 20,000 to 70,000 is preferable. As the average degree of polymerization becomes smaller than 20,000, the thickening effect becomes poor and it becomes impossible to obtain a sufficient gel strength. When the average degree of polymerization is larger than 70,000, the thickening effect is too strong, and workability is increased. Tends to decrease, both of which are not preferred. In addition, sodium polyacrylate can be used in combination with two or more of the above-mentioned water-soluble polymers, for example, by forming a polymer complex with a strong ionic polymer of sodium polyacrylate to form an elastic gel with even greater gel strength. Obtainable.

Zinc, aluminum metasilicate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate or the like may be added. Moreover, a solubilizing agent or an absorption accelerator can be blended, and examples thereof include propylene carbonate, crotamiton, l-menthol, peppermint oil, limonene, diisopropyl adipate and the like. Furthermore, as a medicinal aid, methyl salicylate, glycol salicylate, l-menthol, thymol, mint oil, nonylic acid vanillylamide, pepper extract, etc. can be added, if necessary, stabilizers and antioxidants, An emulsifier or the like may be added.
In addition, as the plaster component, a cross-linking agent or a polymerizing agent may be added as necessary for the purpose of strengthening the plaster and providing water retention. Such a crosslinking agent is appropriately selected according to the type of thickener and the like. For example, when polyacrylic acid or polyacrylate is selected as the thickener, a compound having at least two epoxy groups in the molecule, hydrochloride such as Ca, Mg, Al, sulfate, phosphate, Inorganic acid salts such as carbonate, organic acid salts such as citrate, tartrate, gluconate and stearate, oxides such as zinc oxide and anhydrous silicic acid, hydroxides such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide A crosslinking agent such as a polyvalent metal compound such as can be suitably used.
When polyvinyl alcohol is selected as the thickener, adipic acid, thioglycolic acid, epoxy compound (epichlorohydrin), aldehydes, N-methylol compounds, Al, Ti, Zr, Sn, Complexes such as compounds such as V, Cu, B, and Cr can be suitably used.
Furthermore, when polyvinylpyrrolidone is selected as a thickener, a methyl vinyl ether / maleic anhydride copolymer, a polyacid compound or an alkali metal salt thereof (polyacrylic acid, tannic acid and derivatives thereof) is used as a crosslinking agent or a polymerization agent. ) And the like can be preferably used.
In addition, when polyethylene oxide is selected as the thickener, peroxide, polysulfone azide, or the like is preferably used as the crosslinking agent or the polymerization agent. When methyl vinyl ether / maleic anhydride copolymer is selected as the thickener, polyfunctional hydroxy compounds, polyamines, iodine, gelatin, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, iron, mercury, lead salts, etc. are used as a crosslinking agent or a polymerization agent. It can be preferably used.
Furthermore, when gelatin is selected as the thickener, aldehydes such as formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde and dialdehyde starch, diepoxides such as glyoxal and butadiene oxide, diketones such as divinyl ketone, diisocyanate as the crosslinking agent or polymerization agent And the like can be preferably used. Further, when sodium polyacrylate is selected as the thickener, it is preferable to add a polyvalent metal salt such as lithium hydroxide, zinc hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, sodium borate as a crosslinking agent. In particular, zinc salts and aluminum salts are preferred because the crosslinking reaction is accelerated.
The concentration of the polyvalent metal salt added as a crosslinking agent is preferably 0.5 to 1.5 equivalents relative to 1 equivalent of the thickener (or water-soluble polymer). If the concentration of the polyvalent metal salt is less than 0.5 equivalent, the crosslinking reaction is too slow and the gel strength tends to be low. If the concentration of the polyvalent metal salt exceeds 1.5 equivalent, the crosslinking reaction Is too early, gelation becomes non-uniform, and the workability tends to decrease, which is not preferable.
The patch is required to have good skin adhesion, to enhance the skin permeation and absorption of active ingredients, and to contain as much water as possible. When moisture in the plaster evaporates, it takes heat away from the skin, and this endotherm gives a refreshing sensation, and the stratum corneum is hydrated by the water molecules that evaporate from the inside, facilitating drug absorption. . Note that the characteristics of the plaster include that it is not at room temperature or in the vicinity thereof, that it does not hurt when peeled off, that the plaster does not remain on the skin, and that it is not sticky.
For that purpose, the plaster is 5 to 20% by weight of a thickening agent, preferably 10 to 15% by weight, 5 to 40% by weight of a wetting agent, 20% by weight or less of a filler, 10 to 80% by weight of water, a solubilizing agent 0 -8% by weight,

The shape of the packaging bag filled with the patch is not particularly limited. For example, three-side seal packaging, four-side seal packaging, pillow packaging, gusset packaging, and the like can be given. Further, the presence or absence of the chuck is not limited at the opening side.

Even when the materials are bonded together, the means is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include wet lamination, dry lamination, extrusion lamination, and hot melt lamination.
It is desirable that a film obtained by laminating these base film, barrier film and sealant film is used as a packaging bag.
The specific filling method of the present invention in which the patch is filled in the thus configured packaging bag is specifically carried out as follows.
That is, a paste component containing a desired medicinal component according to the purpose of use is mixed and stirred until a uniform paste is obtained according to a conventional method to prepare a hydrous adhesive paste, for example, as a support per square m On a 120 g polyester nonwoven fabric, the hydrous adhesive paste is spread to 1500 g per square meter, and the other hydrous adhesive plaster surface is covered with 27 g polypropylene film (peeling film) per square meter. For example, a water-containing patch is produced by cutting into a size of 100 × 60 mm.
Next, about 3 to 8 sheets of the obtained patch are laminated to form a set, and the laminate is folded at the approximate center of the patch surface, and the folded mountain portion is on the opening side of the packaging bag in the folded state. It can be carried out by filling the inside of the packaging bag so as to be positioned at and sealing it.
In this case, for example, in the case of a patch in which the support is a stretchable nonwoven fabric and embossed as a release film, for example, a polypropylene film or an unstretched polypropylene film is laminated, the release film side is Fold it in the folded state, that is, fold it so that the support comes to the fold mountain side, and then fill the packaging bag so that the fold mountain portion is located on the opening side of the packaging bag .
Furthermore, in a recent patch, it is formed of a two-part release film as a release film to be attached to the plaster surface, and an appropriate laminate portion is provided on the two release films to facilitate the release film release. A patch that has been picked has appeared. In the case of such a patch, when it is folded with the release film side outward, the grip portion of the laminated part of the release film protrudes, and the release film may be peeled off when the patch filled in the packaging bag is taken out In the packaging bag so that the release film side is folded inward, that is, it is folded so that the support comes to the folded mountain portion side, and the folded mountain portion is positioned on the opening side of the packaging bag. Can be filled.
In contrast to the above, in the case of a patch having a certain thickness as a release film, and a release film that has been prevented from slipping with fingers by embossing, it is in a state where the support side is folded. Folding may be performed so that the release film is on the inner side, that is, on the folded mountain side, and then the folded bag is placed on the opening side of the packaging bag.
In short, in the method of filling the patch in the packaging bag provided by the present invention, in particular, a plurality of patches are stacked, folded, and folded so that the folded mountain portion is located on the opening side of the packaging bag. Since it is to be filled in the bag, whether the support side or the release surface side of the patch is folded inside depends on the properties of the support and the release film, such as the thickness and slippage, and also the attached release film What is necessary is just to decide to make any surface inside as appropriate, based on the configuration and the like.
In these cases, in order to make it easier and more accurate to fold the patch, it is preferable to provide a fold line at the approximate center of the patch surface. This fold line can be formed by forming a groove as a fold line in the adhesive paste layer spread on the support surface.
Therefore, the present invention relates to a patch that is filled by the filling method provided by the present invention, and particularly relates to a patch characterized by providing a fold line at the approximate center of the patch surface. is there.
As described above, when taking out a plurality of patches filled in the packaging bag by the method of the present invention from the packaging bag, the folding bag is filled so that the folded mountain portion is located on the opening side of the packaging bag. Therefore, it is possible to pick up the folded mountain part with a finger and to take out the pieces one by one.
Hereinafter, several specific examples of the method of filling the patch of the present invention into the packaging bag will be described with reference to the drawings.

[Example 2]
The patch in Example 2 is a non-woven fabric having elasticity as a support, and the plaster contains indomethacin drug, moisture, etc. in sodium polyacrylate spread on substantially the entire surface of the support. In contrast to Example 1, a two-part release film made of non-stretched polypropylene having a thickness of 30 to 50 μm, etc., which was subjected to diamond pattern embossing, was laminated at the approximate center of the patch. The stuck patch was used.
In Example 2 as well, a fold line is provided at the approximate center of the patch, and the configuration is almost the same as that in FIG. 1 shown in Example 1, and refer to FIG.
Four such patches were laminated in the same manner as in Example 1 and folded with the release film side inward along the fold line provided at the approximate center of the patch, with the folded mountain portion positioned on the opening side of the packaging bag. Then, the filling of the patch into the packaging bag was completed by providing a chuck that fits up and down on the opening side and then heat-sealing.
In addition, as a material structure of the packaging bag in the present Example 2, it is the laminated paper which consists of cellophane / polyethylene / paper / polyethylene / aluminum foil / ionomer.
In this Example 2, since it is folded with the release film side inside along the fold line provided in the approximate center part of the patch, the knob part which is the laminated part of the two-part release film is not projected. .
Therefore, also in this Example 2, when taking out the filled patch, for example, it is opened along the cut line provided in the packaging bag, and the fold portion of the patch is picked with fingers from the opening. By taking out at random, it was possible to remove the patch from the packaging bag one by one.
[Implementation 3]
As the patch in Example 3, a knit having stretchability is used as a support, and a plaster containing l-menthol drug component, moisture and the like in a plaster component such as sodium polyacrylate is a support. A patch was used, which was spread over substantially the entire surface of the film, and was further bonded to a release film made of unstretched polypropylene having a thickness of 30 to 50 μm and having a thickness of 30 to 50 μm, which was embossed with a turtle shell pattern.
Also in Example 3, a fold line is provided in the approximate center portion of the patch, and its configuration is basically the same as FIG. 1 shown in Example 1, and refer to FIG.
Four such patches were laminated in the same manner as in Example 1, folded along the folding line provided at the approximate center of the patch, with the support side facing inward, and the folded mountain portion (release film side) of the packaging bag. Filling the package into the packaging bag was completed by filling it so that it was located on the opening side, and then heat-sealing with a chuck that fits and locks the top and bottom made of ethylene methacrylic acid copolymer near the opening. .
In addition, as a material structure of the packaging bag in this Example 3, it is the laminated paper which consists of a polyethylene terephthalate / polyethylene / aluminum foil / ethylene methacrylic acid copolymer as a material structure.
Also in Example 3, when taking out the filled patch, for example, it is opened along the cut line provided in the packaging bag, and the fold portion of the patch is picked with fingers from the opening, and is randomly selected. It was possible to remove the patch from the packaging bag one by one.
In Example 3, the folds of the laminated patches were folds on the release film side, unlike Examples 1 and 2, but the release film was embossed. Therefore, the patch can be reliably taken out from the packaging bag one by one by picking the folded mountain part with fingers and taking it out at random.
As described above, when filling the patch into the packaging bag, the present invention folds the patch at a time in a stacked state, and positions the fold mountain portion on the opening side of the packaging bag in the folded state. In this way, it is possible to easily take out the necessary quantity of patches, which are filled in the packaging bag, one by one.
Moreover, even if it is a clumsy elderly person etc., it is easy to grab and take out the folded mountain part, and it is possible to reliably take out one by one, and thus industrial applicability is great. It is a thing.
