Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両100のモータジェネレータ制御に関する構成を示す回路図である。
Q3のエミッタと接続される。ダイオードD4のカソードはIGBT素子Q4のコレクタと接続され、ダイオードD4のアノードはIGBT素子Q4のエミッタと接続される。
次に、モータジェネレータを駆動するインバータおよびコンバータを一体的に収容する駆動装置での各構成要素の配置について説明する。
図5を参照して、ケース102にはモータジェネレータ組付け用および保守用の開口部109が設けられており、この開口部109は車両搭載状態においては蓋により閉じられている。
図6を参照して、モータジェネレータMG2の断面およびパワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室の断面が示されている。
図7、図8を参照して、エンジンのクランクシャフト50はダンパ124に接続され、ダンパ124の出力軸は動力分割機構PSDに接続される。
図9および図10を参照して、リアクトルL1は、コア210の少なくとも一部が、パワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室を形成するケース102の隔壁に接触するように配置される。
また、リアクトルL1部分については、図11に示す変形例とすることも可能である。
図12は、パワー素子基板120を冷却する冷却水の通水路を説明するための図である。
図13は、パワー素子基板120の冷却系統の変形例を説明するための図である。
今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
Claims (10)
- 回転電機と、
前記回転電機の制御を行なうパワー制御ユニットと、
前記回転電機および前記パワー制御ユニットを収容するケースと、
内燃機関のクランクシャフトが結合されるダンパと、
前記内燃機関の発生した動力に前記回転電機の発生した動力を合成して駆動軸に伝達する動力伝達機構とを備え、
前記パワー制御ユニットは、
前記回転電機を駆動するインバータと、
リアクトルを含んで構成され、電源電圧を昇圧して前記インバータに与えるための電圧コンバータと、
前記インバータおよび前記電圧コンバータのパワー素子が搭載された回路素子基板とを含み、
前記ケースは、前記ダンパ、前記回転電機、および前記動力伝達機構を収容するように一体的に構成され、
前記リアクトルおよび前記回路素子基板は、回転軸方向から投影した場合に、前記ケースの前記ダンパ、前記回転電機、および前記動力伝達機構を収容する部分の投影部の車両搭載時の鉛直方向の寸法に収まるように、前記ケース内に配置され、
前記リアクトルは、
前記ケースと熱の授受を行なうように配されたコアと、
前記コアに巻回されるコイルとを含む、車両の駆動装置。 - 回転電機と、
前記回転電機の制御を行なうパワー制御ユニットと、
前記回転電機および前記パワー制御ユニットを収容するケースと、
内燃機関のクランクシャフトが結合されるダンパと、
前記内燃機関の発生した動力に前記回転電機の発生した動力を合成して駆動軸に伝達する動力伝達機構とを備え、
前記パワー制御ユニットは、
前記回転電機を駆動するインバータと、
リアクトルを含んで構成され、電源電圧を昇圧して前記インバータに与えるための電圧コンバータと、
前記インバータおよび前記電圧コンバータのパワー素子が搭載された回路素子基板とを含み、
前記ケースは、前記ダンパ、前記回転電機、および前記動力伝達機構を収容するように一体的に構成され、
前記リアクトルおよび前記回路素子基板は、回転軸方向から投影した場合に、前記ケースの前記ダンパ、前記回転電機、および前記動力伝達機構を収容する部分の投影部の車両搭載時の水平方向の寸法に収まるように、前記ケース内に配置され、
前記リアクトルは、
前記ケースと熱の授受を行なうように配されたコアと、
前記コアに巻回されるコイルとを含む、車両の駆動装置。 - 前記コアは、少なくとも一部が前記ケースに接触して熱の授受を行なうように配置される、請求項1または2に記載の車両の駆動装置。
- 前記リアクトルと前記ケースとの間に設けられる間隙の少なくとも一部に配された、熱伝導性を有する絶縁部材をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の車両の駆動装置。
- 前記絶縁部材は、熱伝導性を有する絶縁樹脂を含み、
前記絶縁樹脂は、前記リアクトルと前記ケースとの間に設けられる間隙に充填される、請求項4に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記インバータおよび前記電圧コンバータのパワー素子は、前記回路素子基板の主平面に搭載され、
前記回路素子基板の主平面の反対側には、前記パワー素子基板を冷却する冷却媒体を通流する流路が設けられ、
前記インバータおよび前記電圧コンバータのうちの相対的に発熱量が大きい方のパワー素子は、前記流路において、前記インバータおよび前記電圧コンバータのうちの相対的に発熱量が小さい方のパワー素子よりも上流側に配設される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記回転電機は、第1および第2の回転電機を含み、
前記インバータは、前記第1および第2の回転電機にそれぞれ対応して設けられる第1および第2のインバータを含み、
前記第1および第2のインバータおよび前記電圧コンバータのパワー素子は、前記回路素子基板の主平面に搭載され、
前記回路素子基板の主平面の反対側には、前記パワー素子基板を冷却する冷却媒体を通流する流路が設けられ、
前記第1および第2のインバータおよび前記電圧コンバータのうちの相対的に発熱量が大きい方のパワー素子は、前記流路において、前記第1および第2のインバータおよび前記電圧コンバータのうちの相対的に発熱量が小さい方のパワー素子よりも上流側に配設される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第1の回転電機は、前記車両の駆動輪に連結されるモータであり、
前記第2の回転電機は、前記内燃機関に連結される発電機であり、
前記第1のインバータのパワー素子は、前記流路において、前記第2のインバータのパワー素子よりも上流側に配設される、請求項7に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記電圧コンバータのパワー素子は、前記流路において、前記第1および第2のインバータのパワー素子よりも上流側に配設される、請求項8に記載の車両の駆動装置。
- 前記電圧コンバータは、出力電圧を平滑化するためのコンデンサをさらに含み、
前記回路素子基板は、少なくとも一部分が前記リアクトルと前記コンデンサとの間の領域に配置され、
前記パワー制御ユニットは、前記電圧コンバータのパワー素子と前記リアクトルとを電気的に接続するための導線部材をさらに含み、
前記流路は、前記冷却媒体の入口と出口とが設けられ、
前記電圧コンバータのパワー素子は、前記第1および第2のインバータのパワー素子よりも、前記リアクトルおよび前記冷却媒体の入口に近接するように配設される、請求項9に記載の車両の駆動装置。
