【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、O/W/O型乳化化粧料に関し、更に詳しくは、アクリル-シリコーン系グラフト共重合体、シリコーン油及びシリコーン系界面活性剤を含有し、使用時の感触と乳化安定性に優れたO/W/O型乳化化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、O/W/O型乳化組成物は、食品を初め、化粧料、医薬品等で様々な検討がなされていた。O/W/O型乳化組成物は、最内油相、中間水相、最外油相に配合される成分により、組成物に無数の機能を付加させる事が可能である為、容易に目的とする機能を発揮させる事ができる有用な技術であった。しかしながら、O/W/O型というのは、液/液の界面が系中に2個存在する為、安定性を確保する事は比較的困難であり、配合する成分の組み合わせは限られたものであった。なかでも、最内油相にソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、中間水相にショ糖脂肪酸エステルおよびポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含有させたもの(特開昭61−74540号公報)、最内油相にソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、中間水相にクエン酸モノグリセリドを含有させたもの(特開昭61−74541号公報)等の提案があった。

また、O/W/O型乳化化粧料の提案としては、最内油相に固体油と親水性乳化剤、中間水相に水溶性保湿成分、最外油相に液体油と親油性界面活性剤を含有させたもの(特開平3−47108号公報)、中間水相に親水性高分子、最外油相に有機変性粘土鉱物を含有させたもの(特開平9−255562号公報)、最内油相に脂溶性薬剤、最外油相に有機変性粘土鉱物を含有させたもの(特開平9−276676号公報)、最外油相にシリコーン油と有機変性粘土鉱物を含有させたもの(特開平10−28858号公報)、最外油相にポリ(N−アシルアルキレンイミン)変性シリコーンを含有させたもの(特開平11−180820号公報)、さらに、高圧ホモジナイザ−で処理をするもの(特開平11−49638号公報)等の提案がなされてきた。化粧料においては、配合成分が変性する事なく肌に塗布される必要があり、また使用時の感触も、商品としての付加価値を高める重要な要因であるため、配合される油剤も感触上優れたものを選択する必要があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、シリコーン油を含有するO/W/O型乳化化粧料において、使用時の感触と乳化安定性に優れた化粧料を提供することをその課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる実情に鑑み、本発明者らは上記課題を解決すべく鋭意研究を行った結果、アクリル-シリコーン系グラフト共重合体、シリコーン油、及びシリコーン系界面活性剤を最外油相に含有するO/W/O型乳化化粧料が、優れた感触と乳化安定性を有することを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本発明は、次の成分(a)、(b)、(c)
(a)アクリル-シリコーン系グラフト共重合体
(b)シリコーン油
(c)シロキサン直鎖を骨格とし、ポリオキシアルキレン基が付加したシリコーン系界面活性剤
を、最外油相に含有することを特徴とするO/W/O型乳化化粧料である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の構成について説明する。本発明に用いられる成分(a)のアクリル-シリコーン系グラフト共重合体は、O/W/O型乳化化粧料において、系に乳化安定性を付与するものとして用いられるものであり、このものは最外油相中に分散される。本発明に用いられる成分(a)のアクリル-シリコーン系グラフト共重合体は、分子鎖の片末端にラジカル重合性基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン化合物とアクリレートおよび/またはメタクリレートを主体とするラジカル重合性モノマーとの共重合体であればよく、例えば、分子鎖の片末端にラジカル重合性を有するオルガノポリシロキサン化合物としては、下記一般式(1)
