Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cooking bag for a microwave oven that is used when food is used for cooking in a microwave oven.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For cooking food using a microwave oven, a microwave oven container made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin is generally used. However, there is a demand for making cooking by a microwave oven simpler, and therefore a cooking bag for a microwave oven made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin film has been considered. One example is the microwave oven cooking bag disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-291366.
[0003]
JP-A-7-291366 discloses a microwave oven cooking bag made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin film as a self-supporting bag, and at least one of the front and rear wall portions at the top of the bag is made of paper. According to this, by inflating the bottom part into a substantially boat bottom shape, it is possible to stably hold it in a self-supporting state with the cooking material contained in the center of the bottom part, and the paper material improves its independence. At the same time, folding the upper end of the bag allows it to be folded and held in a simple sealed state. In addition, excessive discharge of steam generated during cooking is prevented and the internal pressure is increased, so that It expands moderately, so that the convection of seasoning liquid and broth becomes good, and the internal pressure rises to some extent, creating a gap in the folded part of the paper, and this gap and the paper itself Excess steam is discharged to the outside due to air permeability, the inside of the bag is kept at an appropriate internal pressure, the appropriate cooking temperature is continuously maintained, and the internal pressure is not excessively high, and the bag breaks during cooking. It is said that there is no.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When paper material is placed on at least one of the front and rear walls of the microwave oven cooking bag made of heat-resistant synthetic resin film, the paper material at the top of the bag is folded to maintain a suitable air permeability. It can be sealed easily and can maintain a suitable internal pressure and heating temperature during cooking. However, when the paper material is used for the upper portion of the bag in this way, the conventional idea shown in the above publication is, for example, that the upper portion of one wall portion is made of paper material, and the lower end edge thereof is lowered by heat fusion means or the like. The synthetic resin film is joined to the other wall portion made of the synthetic resin film at both side edges. In this case, the joint portion at the both side edges of the upper portion of the bag is made of a paper material and a synthetic resin film. Therefore, when the usage is rough, the film may be peeled off from the upper end of the bag, and cooking may be hindered. Further, when an expensive paper material having water repellency is used, if the upper part of the wall portion is made of paper material up to the upper end, the cost becomes high.
[0005]
Therefore, a microwave oven cooking bag made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin film can be easily sealed in a state in which moderate air permeability is maintained by arranging a paper material on the upper portion of the bag, and both sides of the front and rear wall portions thereof. Ensuring the bonding strength of the edge is a problem.
[0006]
In addition, a microwave oven cooking bag made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin film can be easily sealed in a state of having adequate air permeability by arranging a paper material on the upper part of the bag, and reducing its cost. Is an issue.
[0007]
The present invention aims to solve such problems.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has a cooking bag for a microwave oven having front and rear wall portions and a bottom portion made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin film, the front and rear wall portions are joined at both side edges, the bottom portion is folded between both wall portions, and the both side edge sides are joined. In addition to being able to be self-supported by joining, at least one of the front and rear wall portions has a paper material that bends and retains at the upper portion of the bag excluding the upper end portion.
[0009]
When at least one of the front and rear wall portions of the upper portion of the microwave oven cooking bag made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin film has a paper material as described above, an appropriate ventilation can be obtained by folding the paper material portion on the upper portion of the bag. It can be easily sealed in a state that retains properties, and can maintain a suitable internal pressure and heating temperature during cooking.
[0010]
Further, since there is no paper material at the upper end portion of the bag, the joint portions on both side edges of the upper portion of the bag are strong joints between the synthetic resin films, and thus stable cooking is possible. Further, even if the paper material is expensive such as having water repellency, the use range can be limited to the minimum range for maintaining the simple sealed state, so that the cost can be kept low.
[0011]
The microwave oven cooking bag can be stably held in a self-supporting state by inflating the bottom portion into a substantially bottom shape and storing the cooking material in the center of the bottom portion. In addition, there is a gap in the bent portion of the paper material, and the paper material itself is also breathable, so that the inside of the bag can be kept at an appropriate internal pressure during cooking, and the bag itself can be appropriately expanded. Thus, the convection of the seasoning liquid and soup stock is improved, and bag breakage due to excessive internal pressure can be prevented.
[0012]
More specifically, for example, the microwave oven cooking bag has a tape shape as the paper material, and the tape-like paper material is stacked on the inner side of the synthetic resin film so as to reach both side edges of the wall portion. It is assumed that the edge is joined to the synthetic resin film, and a linear perforation reaching the both side edges of the wall portion is provided at a position sandwiched between the upper and lower joining portions of the portion overlapping the paper material. In addition, linear perforations should also be provided at the same position on the paper material. In such a case, after the tape material is pasted on the synthetic resin film, the perforated portion is processed on the overlapped portion. Thus, the manufacturing is simple, the bending is easy, and the bending retention is improved.
[0013]
Moreover, the said cooking bag for microwave ovens may make the said paper material into a tape shape, and may comprise at least one wall part by joining two synthetic resin films on the upper and lower sides at intervals. In that case, the tape-like paper material preferably has linear perforations that reach both side edges of the wall portion at a position sandwiched between the joint portions with the upper and lower synthetic resin films. When this perforation is present, it is easy to bend the upper portion of the bag, and the folding retention is improved.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An example of the microwave oven cooking bag according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 is a front view of a cooking bag for a microwave oven, FIG. 2 is a YY enlarged sectional view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which the bottom of the cooking bag for microwave oven of FIG. is there.
[0015]
The cooking bag for microwave ovens shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 includes a front wall portion 1 and a rear wall portion 2 that face each other, and a bottom portion 3 that is folded in an inverted V-shaped cross section between the front wall portion 1 and the rear wall portion 2. The front wall portion 1 and the rear wall portion 2 are joined by heat sealing at both side edge seal portions 4a and 4b, and both side edges of the front and rear folded portions 3a and 3b of the bottom portion 3 are connected to the seal portion. The extended portions of 4a and 4b are joined to the front wall portion 1 and the rear wall portion 2 by thermal fusion, respectively.
[0016]
The front wall 1 has a film 6 formed by laminating, for example, unstretched polypropylene as a sealant layer on a base material layer such as polyester, and the film 6 has a predetermined dimension below the upper end of the bag on the sealant layer side (downward in FIG. 1). And a tape-like paper material 7 having a breathability and a heat-fusible property, which are shifted to each other), and the paper material 7 is joined to the film 6 by heat-sealing at the seal portions 8 and 9 at the upper and lower edges. After that, the perforation processing is performed on the portion sandwiched between the upper and lower seal portions 8 and 9, and the perforations 10 reaching the both side edges of the wall portion at the same position with respect to the film 6 and the paper material 7 are formed linearly. is there. The paper material 7 is preferably water-repellent.
[0017]
On the other hand, the rear wall portion 2 is formed by a film formed by laminating, for example, unstretched polypropylene as a sealant layer on a base material layer such as polyester, like the film 6 of the front wall portion 1, and the bottom portion 3 is also formed. It is formed with the film of the same laminated structure. In addition, the front and rear folded portions 3a and 3b of the bottom portion 3 have notches 11a and 11b; 12a respectively in the lower portions on the side end sides of the front and rear and left and right positions located at the extended portions of the seal portions 4a and 4b on both sides. 12b, and the sealant layer surfaces of the front wall portion 1 and the rear wall portion 2 can be joined at this position.
[0018]
The front wall portion 1 and the rear wall portion 2 and the bottom portion 3 are overlapped with the front wall portion 1 and the rear wall portion 2 with the sealant layer side inward, and the sealant layer side on the bag inner side (front and rear wall portions 1 and 2). In the state where the bottom portion 3 is folded on the facing side), the seal portions 4a and 4b on the both side edges and the seal portions 5a and 5b on the extension are subjected to heat sealing treatment, whereby the front wall portion 1 and The rear wall portion 2 is joined by seal portions 4a and 4b on both side edges, the front folding portion 3a of the bottom portion 3 is joined to the front wall portion 1 at both side edges, and the rear folding portion 3b is joined to the rear wall portion 2 at both side edges. To be joined. Moreover, the front wall part 1 and the rear wall part 2 join in the position of the notches 11a and 11b; Thereafter, the seal portions 4a and 4b on both side edges and the seal portions 5a and 5b on the extensions thereof are again subjected to heat sealing treatment on the side end sides, whereby the notches 11a and 11b on both side edges of the bottom portion 3 are formed. The front wall 1 and the rear wall 2 are more strongly joined and integrated at the positions 12a and 12b.
[0019]
Moreover, in the part which overlaps the bottom part 3 where the front wall part 1 and the rear wall part 2 were folded in the bag lower end edge, a heat seal process is performed so as to form the front and rear seal parts 13a and 13b on the bag lower end edge. A heat seal process is performed so as to form a pair of front and rear seal portions 14a, 14b; 15a, 15b reaching the bag lower end edge in an inwardly inclined manner from both side edge positions of the upper end portion in the folding height direction of the bottom portion 3; Thus, in these seal portions 13a, 13b; 14a, 14b; 15a, 15b, the front folding portion 3a of the bottom portion 3 is joined to the front wall portion 1, and the rear folding portion 3b is joined to the rear wall portion 2.
[0020]
The microwave oven cooking bag shown in FIG. 1 is obtained by joining the front wall portion 1, the rear wall portion 2, and the bottom portion 3 in this manner, and then cutting them into a predetermined shape. This microwave oven cooking bag has a substantially rectangular shape, and the corners on both sides of the lower end are cut out obliquely so as not to protrude when the bottom 3 is expanded.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 3, the microwave oven cooking bag is filled with cooking ingredients, seasoning liquid, broth, etc. in a state where the bottom 3 is expanded and inflated into a substantially bottom shape. Then, the front and rear wall portions 1 and 2 are integrally folded at the position of the perforation 10 as shown in FIG. 3, so that the paper material 7 is easily sealed using the bend retaining property and is applied to the microwave oven.
[0022]
If the said microwave oven cooking bag is used, it can be simply sealed in the state which retains moderate air permeability by folding the paper material part of the bag upper part. Further, since the paper upper portion is not provided at the upper end portion of the bag, the joining of the seal portions 4a and 4b on both side edges is strengthened and is not peeled off from the upper end. And the paper material 7 can be reduced and the cost is reduced. In addition to being able to hold the cooking bag for microwave oven stably in a self-supporting state, the inside of the bag is kept at an appropriate internal pressure during cooking, and the bag expands appropriately. Convection is improved and bag breakage due to an increase in internal pressure can be prevented.
[0023]
FIG. 4 is a front view of a bag upper portion showing another example of the cooking bag for a microwave oven according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a YY enlarged sectional view of FIG.
[0024]
The cooking bag for microwave ovens shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 is similar to the example of FIGS. 1 to 3, and the front wall portion 1 and the rear wall portion 2 that face each other, and between the front wall portion 1 and the rear wall portion 2. It consists of a bottom part (not shown) folded in an inverted V-shaped cross section, and the front wall part 1 and the rear wall part 2 are heat-sealed and joined by seal parts 4a and 4b on both side edges, and both sides of the front and rear folded parts of the bottom part The edges are joined to the front wall portion 1 and the rear wall portion 2 by thermal fusion at the extended portions of the seal portions 4a and 4b.
[0025]
The front wall 1 is composed of two upper and lower films 6a and 6b made of a base material layer such as polyester and a sealant layer such as unstretched polypropylene, and a tape-like paper material 7 having air permeability and heat-fusibility. The upper film 6a is of a size that constitutes the upper end portion of the bag, and these two films 6a, 6b are heat-sealed at intervals between the seal portions 8, 9 at the upper and lower edges of the paper material 7. Bonded to the paper material 7. Also in this case, it is desirable that the paper material 7 is subjected to water repellent treatment. Further, the rear wall 2 and the bottom 3 have the same configuration as the films 6a and 6b of the front wall 1, and a notch (not shown) similar to the example of FIGS. ) Is provided. Also in this case, the front wall portion 1 and the rear wall portion 2 and the bottom portion are arranged in the same manner as in the example of FIGS.
[0026]
The microwave oven cooking bag of FIGS. 4 and 5 is used in the same manner as in the examples of FIGS. However, in this bag, the front and rear wall portions 1 and 2 are bent at a portion where the paper material 7 is exposed to the outside. Also in this case, since the joining of the seal portions 4a and 4b on both side edges of the bag upper end portion is strong, it is not peeled off from the upper end, and the cost of the paper material 7 is reduced because the paper material 7 is minimized. In addition, it can be held stably in a self-supporting state, the inside of the bag can be maintained at a moderate internal pressure during cooking, the bag can be properly expanded to improve the convection of seasoning and broth, and breakage due to an increase in internal pressure The point etc. which can prevent a bag are the same as that of the example of FIGS.
[0027]
FIG. 6 is a front view of the upper part of the bag showing still another example of the microwave oven cooking bag according to the present invention, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged YY sectional view of FIG.
[0028]
6 and FIG. 7 is a microwave oven cooking bag shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. Is formed in a straight line, and the method of use is the same as in the examples of FIGS. In this case, the front and rear wall portions 1 and 2 can be integrally folded at the position of the perforation 20 so that the bag can be easily sealed. Other operations and effects are the same as those in the above examples.
[0029]
FIG. 8 shows a modification of the seal structure on both side edges of the bottom in each of the above examples. The reference numerals in the figure correspond to those in FIG.
[0030]
In the example of FIG. 8, notches are not provided on both side edges of the bottom part 3, but heat-sealable coating treatment such as polyvinylidene chloride coating is applied to the lower parts of both side edges of the front and rear folding parts of the bottom part 3 to heat both side edges. When the sealing process is performed, the front folding part of the bottom part 3 is joined to the front wall part 1 at both side edges, the rear folding part is joined to the rear wall part 2 at both side edges, and the front and rear folding parts of the bottom part 3 are both side edges. It is made to join in the position of. The simple sealing structure at the top of the bag may be any of the previous examples.
[0031]
In each of the above examples, inclined seal portions that join the front and rear folded portions of the bottom portion to the front and rear wall portions are provided separately from the seal portions on both side edges at both side positions of the bottom folded portion. This portion may be a triangular seal portion integral with the seal portions on both side edges. In each of the above examples, the corners on both sides of the lower end of the bag are cut obliquely, but it is not always necessary to cut out in this way. 4 and FIG. 5 and the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the upper and lower films have a shape with a gap. For example, while cutting one film with a cutting blade It is also possible to have a straight cut that gives the same air permeability as the perforation shown in the embodiment of FIGS.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
A microwave oven cooking bag made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin film can be easily sealed in a state of having adequate air permeability by placing paper on the top of the bag, and on both side edges of the front and rear walls. Bonding strength can be ensured, and paper can be minimized to reduce costs.
