【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、注射器本体のみを用いて液体の注入・吸い取りを行なう薬瓶や混注管等の開口部に気密に装着する栓体に関し、詳しくは注射針を使用しなくても液体の注入・吸い取りが行なえる逆止弁付栓体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、注射器を用いて液体の注入・吸い取りを行なうものとして薬瓶や混注管がある。薬瓶は開口部にゴム栓を嵌着することにより薬液を密封しており、薬瓶からの薬液の取り出し手段はゴム栓に注射器の注射針を突刺して吸い取っている。また混注管は直線状に形成された管本体の側面から分岐管を延設したT字管であり、点滴回路や血液回路等の液体回路に組み込んで薬液の注入を行なうためのものである。すなわち、混注管は管本体の両端開口部に液体回路のゴム管を接続すると共に、分岐管の開口部にゴム栓を嵌着しており、混注管のゴム栓部分に注射器の注射針を突刺して液体回路への薬液の注入を行なうものである。このように薬瓶や混注管等の開口部にゴム栓を嵌着した場合、薬液の注入・吸い取りに注射針を使用しなければならない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、医療現場で使用された注射針には患者の血液や薬物が付着している可能性があり、その廃棄処分に関する問題や使用済みの注射針の誤使用による院内感染の問題等があった。注射針の廃棄処分に関しては、マニュアル等が作製されて厳密に管理するようになっているので大変手間のかかることである。さらに、一度使用された注射針は処分する必要があるので医療費用が嵩む要因であった。

本発明者は、患者の身体への注射器による直接的な薬液の注射以外で注射針が使用されていること、即ち、薬瓶から薬液を取り出して点滴回路や輸液回路に薬液を注入する際に注射針が使用されていることに着目し、注射針の使用を少しでも減少させるという観点から本発明を提案する。

なお、本発明は、注射針を用いることなく注射器本体のみによる場合について説明するが、コネクタによる液体の吸い取り・注入にも同様の手順で適用可能であり、その説明は省略する。

すなわち、本発明の目的は、注射針を使用することなく注射器本体のみによって薬瓶からの液体の吸い取り及び混注管への液体の注入を可能にした逆止弁付栓体を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の請求項1に係る逆止弁付栓体は、薬瓶の開口部や混注管の分岐管の開口部に気密に嵌着され、注射器本体の小径管部を気密状態に挿し込む挿入孔部を有し、該挿入孔部の下端開口部を下方へ突出する如く形成した栓本体と、前記挿入孔部の下端開口部を所定圧で閉塞する如く栓本体に張設された逆止弁とからなり、前記挿入孔部への注射器本体の小径管部の挿し込み動作の終端時に注射器本体の小径管部の先端で逆止弁を押し開いて開口部の内部と注射器本体の小径管部とを連通する液体流路を形成するようにしたことを特徴とする。

換言すると、本発明の逆止弁付栓体は、薬瓶や混注管等の開口部に嵌装する栓体において、注射針を使用せずに注射器本体のみで薬瓶や混注管に液体の吸い取り及び注入を行なえるようにするため、栓本体の中央部に注射器本体の小径管部を挿し込む挿入孔部を形成し、逆止弁でもって前記挿入孔部の下端開口部を開閉自在にしている。

以下、図面を参照しつつ本発明に係る逆止弁付栓体1の実施例について説明する。

逆止弁付栓体1は、図1(B)及び図2に示すように、栓本体2、逆止弁3、蓋体4及び覆設部材5からなっており、薬瓶や混注管の開口部6に気密に装着されて薬瓶や混注管の内部と外部を連通・遮断操作可能にしている。

本実施例では、栓本体2の外周部と開口部6の内周部との間に僅かな隙間があるものを例示したが、栓本体2の外径と開口部6の内径とが同寸であるか、若しくは栓本体2を弾性変形して開口部6に捻じ込める程度に、栓本体2の外径を開口部6の内径よりやや大径にゴム等の弾性素材で形成してもよい。

逆止弁3は、図3に示すように、ゴム等の弾性素材で作製されたシート状の膜部14と、シート状の膜部14の上面中央部に形成される台座部15とで構成されている。シート状の膜部14は栓本体2の挿入孔部7の下端開口部7aを閉塞する如く拡径孔部8内に張設されると共に、挿入孔部7の下端開口部7aの閉塞部位より外側に通液窓部16が形成されている。また台座部15は円盤体の上面部から底部まで全幅に亘って凹溝部17を形成したものであり、挿入孔部7の下端開口部7a内に収まり、かつ、挿入孔部7に挿し込む注射器本体10の小径管部11の先端開口部11a(図4)より大径である。すなわち、台座部15は挿入孔部7に挿し込んだ注射器本体10の小径管部11が閉塞されることのないように形成されていれば図示したもの以外でもよく、例えば、図示した台座部15の代わりに長方体状の台座部(図示せず)でもよい。この長方体状の台座部は、長さが注射器本体10の小径管部11の直径よりも長く、挿入孔部7の下端開口部7aの孔径よりも短く、幅が注射器本体10の小径管部11の直径よりも狭ければ注射器本体10の小径管部11が閉塞しないようにできる。

また、逆止弁3は、シート状の膜部14及び台座部15をゴム等の弾性素材で一体に作製してもよいし、シート状の膜部14と別体に作製した台座部15を接着、溶着等の手段で一体にしてもよい。後者の場合、台座部15の材質はゴム等の弾性素材に限定する必要はなく、注射針18(図5)を容易に突き刺せる程度の硬さであれば非弾性的な合成樹脂等でもよい。

蓋体4は、図1(B)及び図2に示すように、挿入孔部7の上端開口部に形成されている嵌合部12に嵌め込み、挿入孔部7内に塵芥類が入り込むことを防止している。当然のことながら、挿入孔部7に注射器本体の小径管部11を挿し込むに際し、蓋体4は栓本体2の嵌合部12から取外される。また蓋体4は、栓本体2又は覆設部材5に枢着しておいてもよいし、栓本体2や覆設部材5と別体に製作したものでもよく、嵌合部12の形状と同寸であることが望ましい。尚、蓋体4の上面部に、適当な把手部(図示せず)を形成しておくと、蓋体4を嵌合部12から容易に取外すことができる。

覆設部材5は、図1及び図2に示すように、可塑性素材であるアルミニウム等の金属や熱可塑性素材である合成樹脂からなり、栓本体2が開口部6から外れないようにするものである。また覆設部材5は、環状リブ13が弾性変形する程度に、フランジ部9を開口部6の上端面に圧着すると、環状リブ13が開口部6の上端面に気密に接触し、栓本体2の外周部と開口部6の内周部との間からの液体の漏洩を確実に防止できる。

次に、図4を用いて第1の実施例に係る逆止弁付栓体1の動作を説明する。まず、逆止弁付栓体1から蓋体4を取外したのち、挿入孔部7に注射器本体10の小径管部11を挿し込む。この小径管部11の挿し込み動作の終端時に小径管部11の先端部11aでもって逆止弁3の台座部15を押込むことにより逆止弁3のシート状の膜部14と挿入孔部7の下端開口部7aとを弾性的に離間させることができる。これによって、注射器本体10の小径管部11と開口部6の内部とを連通する液体流路(図4の鎖線)が形成される。
