(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】被測液体が流れる配管中にプリセットカウ
ンタを付設した流量計および自動開閉弁を配設し、この
自動開閉弁の開閉用シリンダに主切換弁を介して空気源
を接続するとともに主切換弁のパイロット部に補助切換
弁を介して空気源を接続した空気回路を設ける一方、プ
リセットカウンタにマイクロバルブを付設し、このマイ
クロバルブを前記空気回路に配置し、計量開始弁により
補助切換弁を切換えて自動開閉弁を開放し、プリセット
カウンタの信号によりマイクロバルブを作動させて補助
切換弁を復動させ、自動開閉弁を閉止して被測液体の定
量計量を行う液体定量計量装置において、 補助切換弁を自動復帰型とし、そのパイロット部にシャ
トル弁を介して計量開始弁の作動により供給される圧力
空気と、補助切換弁の作動により供給される圧力空気と
のいずれかを供給する空気回路を設けたことを特徴とす
る液体定量計量装置。
