[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, in a balloon catheter formed of a flexible tube having the above-mentioned two pipes of an air supply pipe and a liquid supply pipe, the balloon catheter has two parallel pipes. The flexible tube is generally formed in a circular shape or an elliptical shape having a thick cross section from the proximal portion to the distal end portion.

That is, in the structure of the flexible tube described above, for example, the liquid feeding conduit is formed by a large diameter conduit communicating with a liquid feeding hole opening at the catheter tip surface, and a small diameter feeding conduit is formed in parallel with this liquid feeding conduit. A trachea is provided, and the tip of this air duct is connected to an air vent opening in the balloon provided on the outer peripheral surface near the tip of the flexible tube, so both ducts are parallel. However, the cross section of the flexible tube is inevitably a circular or elliptical shape with a large diameter. However, in the vicinity of the distal end of the flexible tube, the air supply hole opens on the side surface of the flexible tube, so that only the large diameter liquid supply pipeline exists. Moreover, the liquid feed hole opening is arranged at a position eccentric to the central axis of the flexible tube. Therefore, it becomes difficult to lower the tip of the flexible tube having the eccentric opening in the manufacturing process. That is, when the catheter is inserted into the living body cavity, in order not to damage the living tissue, the distal end surface peripheral portion is chamfered to form a rounded shape, but this processing causes the opening to be eccentric. And it will be difficult to have time.

[Means and Actions for Solving the Problem] A balloon catheter according to the present invention has a liquid-feeding conduit having a central axis eccentric from the central axis of a flexible tube and at least one balloon-expanding balloon opening near the distal end. A balloon tube having a flexible tube having a conduit and a balloon fixed to cover the opening of the balloon expanding conduit of the flexible tube and to seal the outer circumference of the flexible tube and fix the flexible tube. Is characterized in that it is displaced while being inclined so that the central axis thereof substantially coincides with the central axis of the flexible tube between the vicinity of the opening of the balloon expansion conduit and the tip side.

1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which a balloon catheter 1 has a cylindrical balloon on the outer peripheral surface of the distal end portion of a catheter body 2 made of a flexible tube having a circular cross-sectional shape. Both ends 3a, 3b (see FIG. 1) of 3 are airtightly fixed, and an opening 4a of a balloon dilation conduit 4 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the catheter body 2 facing the central portion of the balloon 3. It is provided. The conduit 4 is the catheter body 2
Is formed along a tube wall in the tube axial direction of a relatively small diameter conduit, and the central conduit along the central axis of the catheter body has a relatively large diameter. It serves as a liquid supply conduit 5. The liquid feeding conduit 5 has a central axis of the liquid feeding conduit near the distal end of the catheter body 2, that is, from the opening 4a of the balloon expanding conduit 4 to the distal end. It is displaced while inclining so as to be substantially coincident with the central axis of the tube, and the position of the tip end opening 5a of the tube path 5 is arranged at the central position of the tube axis. The outer diameter of the catheter body 2 is also reduced. The outer periphery of the distal end surface of the catheter body 2 is chamfered 5b so that the living tissue is not damaged when the catheter 1 is inserted.

On the other hand, in the vicinity of the proximal end of the catheter body 2, a cutout portion 6 is formed by cutting out a part of the outer peripheral surface of the catheter body 2 so that the balloon expansion conduit 4 is exposed (see FIG. 1).
Is provided, the distal end of the connecting tubular member 7 having the bending portion 7a is fitted into the opening 4b of the balloon expansion conduit 4 opened in the notch 6, and the rear end of the tubular member 7 is inserted. A branch pipe 8 is fitted into and connected to. Thus, the conduit 4 of the catheter body 2 is branched at an appropriate angle with respect to the pipe axis direction. The periphery of the notch 6 is covered with an adhesive 9a, and the adhesive 9a is solidified and solidified into an appropriate shape to form a branch 9.

A liquid delivery mouthpiece 10 (see FIG. 2) is connected to the proximal end of the catheter body 2 branched by the branching portion 9, and a liquid delivery tool (not shown) is connected to this. An air supply mouthpiece 11 is connected to the rear end of the branch pipe 8, and an injection cylinder 12 for air supply is attached to the air supply mouthpiece 11. In the figure, reference numeral 15 is a reinforcing tube.

Next, the operation of the balloon catheter 1 according to the present embodiment configured as described above will be described, for example, in the case of imaging the inside of the bile duct and collecting the gall mud and gall stones inside.
First, the balloon catheter 1 is inserted into a body cavity through a treatment instrument insertion channel of an endoscope, and is introduced into the bile duct from the duodenal papilla under the observation of the endoscope. Next, when air is supplied through the injection cylinder 12 attached to the air supply mouthpiece 11, the balloon 3 is inflated into a predetermined shape as shown by a chain line in FIG. Therefore, since the incision of the duodenal papilla is closed by this, the contrast agent is injected into the bile duct via the liquid feeding tool (not shown) connected to the liquid feeding mouthpiece 10 while keeping the closed state. Then, the inside of the bile duct is imaged. Further, in the case of discharging gall mud or gall stones, the balloon 3 is inserted into the inner part of the bile duct, the balloon 3 is inflated, and the gall mud or gall stone in the bile duct is easily pulled by pulling this balloon 3 toward the hand side. It can be pulled out to the duodenal side and excreted outside the body.

The flexible catheter balloon catheter 1 of the present invention configured and operating in this manner is formed so that the central axis of the liquid feeding conduit 5 coincides with the distal end of the central axis of the catheter body 2. The outer circumference of the tip can be reduced in size, and there is a functional advantage that the chamfering of the outer circumference of the catheter tip is facilitated.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention as described above, since the liquid feeding hole that opens on the tip surface of the catheter is located at the center of the tip surface, the outer peripheral edge portion of the tip surface can be sufficiently chamfered and the tip of the catheter is also provided. Since the outer diameter of the portion can be reduced, it can be easily inserted into the living body cavity, and further, chamfering or the like can be facilitated during processing, so that the risk of damaging the living tissue is eliminated.
