Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年6月8日に出願された米国仮出願第62/516,916号および2017年5月30日に出願された米国仮出願第62/512,208号の利益を主張する。
いくつかの実施形態において、イソシアネート成分は、イソシアネート末端プレポリマーを含む。いくつかの実施形態において、イソシアネート末端プレポリマーは、ポリイソシアネートとポリオール成分との反応生成物である。そのような反応では、イソシアネート末端プレポリマーを生成するために、ポリイソシアネートが過剰に存在する。本明細書で使用される場合、「ポリイソシアネート」は、2つ以上のイソシアネート基を含有する任意の化合物である。いくつかの実施形態において、ポリイソシアネートは、イソシアネートモノマーであり得る。いくつかの実施形態において、ポリイソシアネートは、二量体、三量体などを含んでもよい。
いくつかの実施形態において、イソシアネート反応性成分は、ポリエーテルポリオール、リン酸エステル接着促進剤、およびバイオベースのポリオールを含む。
開示される接着剤組成物を含む積層体は、接着剤組成物のイソシアネートおよびイソシアネート反応性成分を混合し、次いで混合された接着剤組成物をフィルムに塗布することにより形成され得る。本明細書で使用される場合、「フィルム」は、1つの寸法が0.5mm以下であり、他の2つの寸法が両方とも1cm以上である任意の構造である。「ポリマーフィルム」は、ポリマーまたはポリマーの混合物から作製されるフィルムである。ポリマーフィルムの組成物は、典型的には、80重量パーセント以上の1つ以上のポリマーである。
本開示の実施例
以下の実施例で使用した関連原料を表1に詳述する。
55.1グラムのVORANOL(商標)CP−450と1.5グラムのポリリン酸を、室温で、窒素でパージしながら反応器に加える。次いで、反応器の温度を100℃に設定し、反応器の内容物を1時間撹拌する。反応器の温度を50℃に下げ、次いで、18.4グラムのISONATE(商標)125Mを反応器に導入する。発熱反応により反応器の温度が80℃に上昇する。反応器の温度を2時間78℃に制御する。得られたリン酸エステル接着促進剤は、ASTM D4274に従って測定される、293mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有し、ASTM D2196に従って測定した場合、25℃で18,000cpsの粘度を有する。
実施例1〜3のイソシアネート反応性成分の関連成分を表2に詳述する。サンプル調製の典型例として実施例3のイソシアネート反応性成分を使用して、約600グラムのVORANOL(商標)220−260、約360グラムのバイオベースのポリオール、約20グラムのリン酸エステル接着促進剤、および約20グラムのTMPを、ガラス製反応器に投入する。反応器を約70℃に加熱し、混合物を約2時間撹拌し、温度を維持する。次いで、リアクターの内容物を約60℃に冷却し、後で使用するためにサンプルを移して梱包する。
様々な接着剤の詳細な配合を表3に特定する。
ニップ温度を120°Fに設定し、ラインスピードを100フィート/分に設定したLABO−COMBI(商標)ラミネーターを使用して、積層構造体を調製する。コーティング重量は、約1〜1.2lbs/rm(1.6〜1.9g/m2)になるように調節する。各配合物のために約100フィートの積層体を調製し、接着試験を容易にするためにいくつかの接着片を挿入する。形成された積層構造体を、室温で1週間硬化させる。48LBT/GF−19、ナイロン/GF−10、および48LBT/Met−PETを含む、様々な構造体を評価する。
200Nのロードセルを備えたInstron引張試験機で、積層体サンプルの1インチストリップに対して10インチ/分の速度でT剥離接着強度を測定する。各積層体サンプルについて3つのストリップを試験し、破壊モードで高い接着強度および平均接着強度を記録する。フィルムの破れおよびフィルムの伸びがあった場合、高い値が報告される。他の破壊モードでは、平均T剥離接着強度が報告される。典型的な破壊モードは以下を含む:接着剤の破壊「AF」(一次接着剤)、接着剤の移行「AT」(二次接着剤)、接着剤の割れ「AS」(接着剤の凝集破壊)、フィルムの破れ「FT」(接着不良)、フィルムの伸び「FS」(接着不良)、および金属の移行「MT」。

- 二成分無溶剤接着剤組成物であって、
イソシアネート末端プレポリマーを含むイソシアネート成分と、

リン酸エステル接着促進剤、および
