Claims (24)
- 亜鉛、0.1から20重量%のアルミニウムおよび0.1から10重量%のマグネシウムを含む金属コーティング(7)でそれぞれコーティングされた2つの面(5)を有する金属シート(1)を製造する方法であって、少なくとも以下の工程:
−2つの面(5)を有する鋼基板(3)を用意する工程、
−基板(3)を浴に浸すことにより、それぞれの面(5)に金属コーティング(7)を付着させる工程、
−金属コーティング(7)を冷却する工程、
−金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に形成される酸化マグネシウムまたは水酸化マグネシウム層を改質させる工程、
−金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に油の層を付着させる工程
を含む方法。 - 金属コーティング(7)が0.3から10重量%のマグネシウムを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)が0.3から4重量%のマグネシウムを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)が0.5から11重量%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項1から3の一項に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)が0.7から6重量%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)が1から6重量%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)におけるマグネシウムとアルミニウムとの間の重量比が、厳密に1以下、好ましくは厳密に1未満、さらにより好ましくは厳密に0.9未満である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)にアルカリ性溶液を塗布することによる、脱脂工程をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に表面処理溶液を塗布することによる、表面処理工程をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 0.5秒から15秒の時間中に、金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に酸性溶液が塗布される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 酸性溶液が1から4のpHを有する、請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶液が1から3.5のpHを有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 酸性溶液が1から3のpHを有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 酸性溶液が、1から2のpHを有する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 酸性溶液が、酸性表面処理溶液である、請求項10から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 酸性表面処理溶液が、酸性変換溶液である、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 酸性溶液を塗布する前、または酸性溶液が外面(15)に存在するときに、機械力が金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に加えられる、請求項10から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属シート(1)を、ローラーレベラーに通すことにより、機械力が加えられる、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 改質工程が、金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に機械力を加えることを含む、請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 改質工程が、金属コーティング(7)の外面(15)に機械力を加えて、酸化マグネシウムまたは水酸化マグネシウムの層にひびを入れることを含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 亜鉛、アルミニウムおよびマグネシウムを含む金属コーティング(7)および油の層でそれぞれコーティングされた2つの面(5)を有する金属シート(1)であって、金属コーティング(7)が、0.1から20重量%のアルミニウムおよび0.1から10重量%のマグネシウムを含み、請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる金属シート。
