Description
a)本明細書に記載の乾式消去物品を提供する工程と、
b)書き込み面の表面エネルギーより小さい表面張力を有するインクを含む乾式消去マーカーを用いて、書き込み面に第1の書き込み内容を書き込む工程と、
c)少なくとも一部の第1の書き込み内容を、乾式字消しを用いて典型的には2回以下、好ましくは1回だけ手を使ってしっかりと拭き、書き込み内容の一部を乾式消去物品上から見えなくなるように消去する工程と、を含む。
本発明の乾式消去物品の事例を図1に示しており、ここでは書き込み部材12、及び任意の支持部材14を含む乾式消去物品10が示される。本発明に従って、書き込み部材12の前面16、すなわち書き込み面は、良好な書き込み受容性と良好なゴースト発生抵抗性の両方を示す。幾つかの実施形態において、支持部材14は、構造部材18及び任意のプライマー層20を備え、書き込み部材12への所望のプライ間接着を達成する。幾つかの実施形態において、物品10は更に、裏側、例えば図で示される支持部材14の裏側に任意の接着剤22を備えてよく、接着剤22は物品10を所望の被接着物に接着する手段をもたらす。幾つかの実施形態において、物品10は更に、物品10を構成する部材を互いに固定する、物品10の取り扱いを容易にする、物品10を支持面に取り付ける手段を提供するなどのため、1箇所以上の縁部にフレーム部材24を備えてよい。
本発明の有利な利点は、本明細書に記載の書き込み面を有する書き込み部材により達成される。書き込み面は、硬化性コーティング組成物から、例えば、この組成物を基材に適用して硬化させることにより、又はこの組成物から自己支持硬化フィルムを形成することにより、形成してよい。
CH2C6H5NHCO−OC2H4OCOCH=CH2(MeFBSE−MDI−HEAとしても知られる)、C4F9SO2N(CH3)C2H4O−CONH(CH2)6NHCO−OC2H4OCOCMe=CH2、C4F9SO2N(CH3)C2H4O−CONH(CH2)6NHCO−OC12H24OCOCH=CH2、及びCF3CH2O−CONH C6H5CH2C6H5NHCO−OC2H4OCOCH=CH2が挙げられる。本発明に好適なペルフルオロアクリレートとして、C1〜C6ペルフルオロアルキルアクリレート、つまりRSO2NMeC2H4OC(O)CH=CH2(式中、RはCnF2n+1であり、nは1〜6の整数である)のタイプが挙げられる。

幾つかの実施形態において、例えば、書き込み部材の自己支持性が十分でない場合、又はその他の特性、例えば、磁性の付与、巻き耐性、引裂耐性、寸法安定性、色などが乾式消去物品に所望される場合、乾式消去物品は更に、書き込み部材の背面に支持部材を更に備え得る。実施形態に応じて、支持部材は単層であっても多層であってもよい。
幾つかの実施形態において、本発明の乾式消去物品は、様々な従来の乾式消去マーカーと共に用いてよい。
次の試験方法を使用した。
実施例及び比較例に用いた材料は表3に示す。
MeFBSEAを、国際公開第200130873号(Savuら)に記載される手順で合成した。MeFBSEAを、固体に対して10%の値で906ハードコートに加えた。混合後、この溶液をMEKで30%固体まで希釈した。この溶液を、#6 Mayerロッドを用いて2ミル(50マイクロメートル)の透明ポリエステルフィルム上にコーティングした。コーティングされたフィルムを100℃で1分間乾燥させた。乾燥コーティング付きのフィルムを、窒素パージ下の、Hバルブを含むUV硬化チャンバ内に通した。
乾式消去書き込み面の濡れ張力、ディウェッティング、及びテープ接着性を表6に示す。

- 約38mJ/m2未満の表面濡れ張力の書き込み面を有する乾式消去物品。
- 前記書き込み面が、約26〜約38mJ/m2未満の表面濡れ張力を有する、請求項1に記載の物品。

- 前記書き込み面が、約20〜約30mJ/m2の表面濡れ張力を有する、請求項1に記載の物品。

- 前記低表面エネルギーモノマー、オリゴマー、又はポリマーが、少なくとも1つの重合性アクリレート基を含有する長鎖炭化水素である、請求項5に記載の物品。
- 前記長鎖炭化水素がオクタデシルアクリレートである、請求項12に記載の物品。
- a)請求項1に記載の乾式消去物品を提供する工程と、
b)前記書き込み面の表面エネルギーより小さい表面張力を有するインクを含む乾式消去マーカーを用いて、前記書き込み面に第1の書き込み内容を書き込む工程と、
c)少なくとも一部の前記第1の書き込み内容を、乾式字消しを用いて2回以下の通過で消去する工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記消去工程中に、前記乾式字消しに最大約0.4N/cm2の圧がかけられる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記書き込み工程が手を使って行われる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記乾式消去マーカーの流体が、約20mJ/m2〜約30mJ/m2の表面張力を有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記乾式消去マーカーインクが界面活性剤を含有し、前記インクの前記表面張力を前記書き込み面の表面エネルギー未満に低下させる、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記消去工程が、前記書き込み工程の少なくとも約6時間後に行われる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記消去工程が、前記書き込み工程の少なくとも約24時間後に行われる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記消去工程が、前記書き込み工程の少なくとも約7日間後に行われる、請求項14に記載の方法。
