ハ）リュックなどの手提げ部と背負いベルトに、本発明を本発明の持ち手と外側留め具で装着出来る事により、本発明を携行していても歩行時に邪魔にならない。また、リュックなどを下ろした時もリュック手提げ部に本発明がしっかり留めてあり、リュックの背負いベルト上部からずり落ちたりしないので、本発明が床について汚れる事もない。

また、本発明は図１のように、収納部（１０）と外側の蓋（７）と持ち手（４）から構成されているので、リュック（１６）などに装着しない場合は、レインコート（１３）を収納して持ち手（４）を持って運ぶ事が出来、通常のレインコート専用袋としても使用する事が出来る。
本発明の実施形態は、前記の実施例に限定されず、例えば以下の様な変更が可能である。
