Abstract
Description
a)工具上に湿式プリプレグで形成された下部カバー層を配置するステップ、
b)少なくとも一部の領域内で、折り畳まれたハニカム・コア内にコア充填材を導入するステップ、
c)下部カバー層上に少なくとも1つの折り畳まれたハニカム・コアを配置するステップ、
d)上部カバー層を形成するために、折り畳まれたハニカム・コア上にプリプレグ材を配置するステップ、
e)圧力および/または温度を印加することによってコア複合体全体を硬化させるステップ、および
f)コア充填材を除去するステップ。

Claims (9)
- 両側にカバー層(2、3、13、22)を備える、折り畳まれたハニカム・コア(4、19)を有するコア複合体(1、23)を製造する方法であって、前記折り畳まれたハニカム・コア(4、19)が、前記カバー層(2、3、13、22)と平行に延びる排水可能な流路(5、6)を有し、
a)工具上に湿式プリプレグで形成された下部カバー層(3、13)を配置するステップと、
b)少なくとも一部の領域内で、前記折り畳まれたハニカム・コア(4、19)内にコア充填材(15、16)を導入するステップと、
c) 前記下部カバー層(3、13)上に少なくとも1つの折り畳まれたハニカム・コア(4、19)を配置するステップと、
d)上部カバー層(2、22)を形成するために、前記折り畳まれたハニカム・コア(4、19)上に前記プリプレグ材を配置するステップと、
e)圧力および/または温度を印加することによって前記コア複合体(4、19)全体を硬化させるステップと、
f)前記コア充填材(15、16)を除去するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記下部および/または上部のカバー層(2、3、13、22)が、少なくとも一部の領域内で、折り畳まれたハニカム・コア(4、19)に接着剤で固着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記折り畳まれたハニカム・コア(4、19)の上側(17)および/または下側(18)が、前記コア充填材(15、16)で充填され、成型され、そのため前記取り付けられたカバー層(2、3、13、22)の多角形状のない外側および内側の輪郭(20、21)が設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記工具(14)が、前記プリプレグ材料が、少なくともカバー層(2、3、13、22)を形成するために巻かれる回転巻き取りマンドレルであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- より詳細には、航空機胴体部分を製造するために、前記コア複合体(1、23)が、前記工具(14)を用いて実質的にシェルセグメント幾何形状を与えられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- より詳細には、単一体の航空機胴体部分のために、前記コア複合体(1、23)が、前記巻き取りマンドレルによって実質的に中空円柱形状を与えられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プリプレグ材料として、硬化性可塑性材料、より詳細にはエポキシ樹脂で、補強繊維、より詳細には炭素繊維で予備含浸された半仕上げ製品が使用され、前記予備含浸された半仕上げ製品が、プロセス、より詳細には、巻き取りおよび/または配置の後になって初めて硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの折り畳まれたハニカム・コア(4、19)が、硬化性可塑性材料で含浸され、初期には平坦で、次いで繰り返し折り畳まれた薄層状の表面補強構成で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コア充填材(15、16)が、溶剤で融解する、または溶解することにより前記折り畳まれたハニカム・コア(4、19)から除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
