【解決手段】セパレータ6を挟んで配置する正極3と負極5を収納したケース9と、ケース9の開口部を塞ぐ封口部材10と、ケース9および封口部材10を有する外郭に形成した排気口12に臨むメッシュ部13を設けた構成を有する。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における電池の断面図であり、図2はその平面図および斜視図である。本実施の形態における電池は非水電解質二次電池であるリチウムイオン電池を構成要素に含む。
図4に本発明の実施の形態2における電池の要部を示す。図1〜図3ではメッシュ部13を封口部材10の正極端子10eに設ける構成としたが、図4に示す実施の形態2における電池では、メッシュ部13を接続端子14に設けている。
図5は本発明の実施の形態3における電池の斜視図である。実施の形態3における電池は、例えば電池本体1の正極端子10eに形成した排気口12のみを覆うメッシュ部16を設ける。
図6は本発明の実施の形態4における電池の構成を示す平面図および斜視図である。
図7は本発明の実施の形態5における電池の構成を示す斜視図である。
図8は、本発明の実施の形態6における電池パックの構成図である。図8に示すように本発明の実施の形態6における電池パック31は、内部に回路32と、電池33、34と、回路32と電池33、34を接続する接続端子35、36と、回路32の収納箇所と電池33の収納箇所を隔てる仕切り部材37を備えている。
図11、図12は本発明の実施の形態7における電池パックの要部平面図である。本発明の実施の形態7における電池パックは、複数の電池を収納する構成であり、メッシュ部を各電池の排気口に臨むように配置するための構成を示している。
図13は、本発明の実施の形態8における電池パックの要部平面図である。本発明の実施の形態8における電池パックは、複数の電池を収納する構成であり、メッシュ部を各電池の排気口に臨むように配置するための構成を示している。

Claims (16)
- セパレータを挟んで配置する正極と負極を収納したケースと、前記ケースの開口部を塞ぐ封口部材と、前記ケースおよび封口部材を有する外郭に形成した排気口に臨むメッシュ部とを有する電池。
- 前記メッシュ部が前記排気口を覆う請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記排気口を前記封口部材に形成するとともに、前記メッシュ部が前記ケースの開口部を覆う請求項2記載の電池。
- 前記排気口を前記ケース底面に形成するとともに、前記メッシュ部が前記ケースの底部を覆う請求項2記載の電池。
- 前記メッシュ部の一部を前記ケースの側面に対向するように配置した請求項3または4記載の電池。
- 前記メッシュ部を介して接続端子と電気的に接続可能な請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 回路と、セパレータを挟んで配置する正極と負極を収納したケースおよび前記ケースの開口部を塞ぐ封口部材を有するとともに、前記ケースおよび前記封口部材を有する外郭に排気口を形成した電池と、前記回路と前記電池を電気的に接続する接続端子と、前記回路と前記電池と前記接続端子を収納する筐体とを有し、前記接続端子に前記排気口に臨むメッシュ部を設けた電池パック。
- 前記メッシュ部が前記排気口を覆う請求項7記載の電池パック。
- 前記排気口を前記封口部材に形成するとともに、前記メッシュ部が前記ケースの開口部を覆う請求項7記載の電池パック。
- 前記排気口を前記ケース底面に形成するとともに、前記メッシュ部が前記ケースの底部を覆う請求項7記載の電池パック。
- 前記メッシュ部の一部を前記ケースの側面に対向するように配置した請求項9または10記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池が複数あり、前記接続端子が複数ある前記電池と電気的に接続するように帯状に形成され、前記メッシュ部が帯状の前記接続端子に載置されて、複数ある前記電池の前記排気口に臨む請求項7記載の電池パック。
- 複数ある前記電池の前記排気口のうち、少なくとも他の前記電池に臨む前記排気口に前記メッシュ部が臨む請求項12記載の電池パック。
- 前記接続端子に前記メッシュ部を設ける請求項7〜13のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記接続端子を帯状とし、前記メッシュ部を帯状の前記接続端子に沿って設ける請求項14記載の電池パック。
- 金属板に、帯状の接続端子を残して千鳥状に複数の孔を形成し、前記千鳥状の孔を形成した部分を前記接続端子から離れる方向に引っ張ることによって前記千鳥状の孔を形成した部分からメッシュ部を形成する請求項14または15記載の電池パックに用いる接続端子の製造方法。
