Claims (63)
- 外科用器具において、
基端と、末端とを有する、細長い器具の軸と、
器具の軸の末端から配置されたツールと、
器具の軸の基端から配置された制御ハンドルとを備え、
前記ツールは、第一の可動部材を介して前記細長い器具の軸の末端に連結され、
前記制御ハンドルは、第二の可動部材を介して前記細長い器具の軸の基端に連結され、
これにより、前記制御ハンドルが前記第二の可動部材を介して前記細長い器具の軸に対して動くことにより、前記ツールが前記第一の可動部材を介して前記細長い器具の軸に対し付随的に動き、
前記第一の部材及び第二の部材の少なくとも一方は、曲げ可能な動作部材を備える、外科用器具。 - 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、前記第一の可動部材と、第二の可動部材とを相互に連結し、制御ハンドルが第二の可動部材にて動くことにより、ツールが第一の可動部材を介して動くようにする制御要素を更に有する、外科用器具。
- 請求項2に記載の外科用器具において、前記制御要素は、第一の可動部材と第二の可動部材とを相互に接続するケーブルシステムであって、制御ハンドルの動きにより作動される一方、ツールを動かす前記ケーブルシステムを備える、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、可動部材の各々は、全方向への動きを提供し得るよう2°の自由度を有する、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、可動部材の双方は、曲げ可能な動作部材を備え、曲げ可能な動作部材の各々は、少なくとも1°の自由度を提供し、第二の可動部材の曲げ剛性は第一の可動部材の曲げ剛性よりも大きい、外科用器具。
- 請求項5に記載の外科用器具において、曲げ可能な動作部材の各々は、全方向への動きを提供し得るよう2°の自由度を有する、外科用器具。
- 請求項5に記載の外科用器具において、制御ハンドルは、押し−引張りツール作動装置を備える、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、細長い軸の末端に対するツールの動作は、細長い軸の基端に対する制御ハンドルの動作方向と反対方向である、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、細長い軸の末端に対するツールの動作は、細長い軸の基端に対する制御ハンドルの動作方向と同一方向である、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、制御ハンドルは、押し−引張りツール作動装置を備える、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、細長い器具の軸は、その少なくとも1つの可撓性セグメントを有する、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、ツールは、ジョー、グリッパー、クリップアプライヤー、ステープラ、電気的外科用装置、メス及び鋏から成る群から選ばれる、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、ツールが多数モードの制御された動作を行うため、別の基端側可動部材と、別の末端側可動部材とを更に有する、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、第二の可動部材は、制御ハンドルの回りにて軸方向に回転することができる、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、第一の可動部材を細長い軸の回りにて軸方向に回転させる末端側軸方向回転継手を更に有する、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、ツールを第一の可動部材の回りにて軸方向に回転させる末端側軸方向回転継手を更に有する、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、末端側及び基端側回転継手を更に有し、基端側軸方向回転継手は、末端側軸方向回転継手を作動させる、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、前記可動部材を解放可能に係止する動作部材の係止機構を更に有する、外科用器具。
- 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、ツールの少なくとも1°の自由度の動作を駆動する電気機械的アクチュエータを更に有する、外科用器具。
- 外科用器具において、
基端と、末端とを有する、細長い器具の軸と、
器具の軸の末端から配置されたツールと、
器具の軸の基端から配置された制御ハンドルとを備え、
可動部材を介して前記細長い器具の軸の末端に連結された前記ツールと、
トルク感知部材を介して前記細長い器具の軸の基端に連結された前記制御ハンドルと、
前記可動部材に連結された電気機械式アクチュエータとを備え、
担当医により前記トルク感知部材に付与されたトルクは、前記アクチュエータの比例的な動作を生じさせる一方、該比例的動作は、前記可動部材を介して前記細長い器具に対する前記ツールの動作を生じさせる、外科用器具。 - 請求項19又は20の何れかの項に記載の外科用器具において、前記電気機械式アクチュエータは、前記細長い器具の軸の基端に配置される、外科用器具。
- 請求項19又は20の何れかの項に記載の外科用器具において、前記電気機械式アクチュエータは、器具の軸から遠方の位置にケーブルを介して配置される、外科用器具。
- 請求項19又は20の何れかの項に記載の外科用器具において、ツールは制御ハンドルから手動にて駆動される、外科用器具。
- 請求項19又は20の何れかの項に記載の外科用器具において、ツールはモータ駆動されるが、制御ハンドルから制御される、外科用器具。
- 外科用器具において、
基端と、末端とを有する細長い器具の軸と、
基端側の回転可能な部材と、
基端側の回転可能な部材を介して細長い器具の軸の基端に連結された制御ハンドルと、
末端側の回転可能な部材と、
末端側の回転可能な部材を介して細長い器具の軸の末端に連結された作用部材と、
基端側回転部材における制御ハンドルの偏向により末端側の回転可能な部材を介して作用部材が偏向するように前記基端側の回転可能な部材と、末端側の回転可能な部材とを相互に連結する制御要素とを備え、
前記基端側及び末端側の回転可能な部材の少なくとも一方は、曲げ可能な動作部材を備える、外科用器具。 - 請求項25に記載の外科用器具において、前記基端側の回転可能な部材は、曲げ可能な部分を備える、外科用器具。
- 請求項26に記載の外科用器具において、前記末端側の回転可能な部材は、曲げ可能な部分を備える、外科用器具。
- 請求項26に記載の外科用器具において、前記末端側の回転可能な部材は、回動継手を更に備える、外科用器具。
- 請求項25に記載の外科用器具において、前記末端側の回転可能な部材は、曲げ可能な部分と、回動継手とを備える、外科用器具。

- 請求項39に記載の外科用器具において、平行移動力を検出し得るよう細長い軸又はリニアアクチュエータのキャリッジの何れかに取り付けられた力感知要素を有する、外科用器具。

- 請求項42に記載の外科用器具において、前記曲げ可能な部分は、曲線状の曲げ動作を可能にする、その間にスロットを画成する一連のリブを備える、外科用器具。

- 請求項47に記載の外科用器具において、前記制御要素は、アクチュエータと末端側の曲げ可能な部材とを相互に接続するケーブルシステムを備え、前記アクチュエータは、加えられたトルクにより制御されて制御ハンドルを偏向させる一方、該制御ハンドルは、末端側の曲げ可能な部材を偏向させる、外科用器具。
- 請求項25に記載の外科用器具において、作用部材の少なくとも1°の自由度を駆動すべく前記ハンドルから制御される電気機械式アクチュエータを有する、外科用器具。
- 請求項49に記載の外科用器具において、ハンドルのピッチ、ヨー、回転又はグリップ動作の少なくとも1つが、電位差計又はエンコーダのようなそれぞれの回転センサにより測定され、動作コントローラは、ハンドルの位置情報に基づいてアクチュエータに命令を送る、外科用器具。
- 請求項49に記載の外科用器具において、作用部材はツールを備え、アクチュエータは、ツール及びツール作動の少なくとも1つの動作を制御する多数のアクチュエータを備える、外科用器具。
