- 前記第1スイッチングトランジスタがターンオンされる時間は、前記第2スイッチングトランジスタがターンオンされる時間より長いことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1スイッチングトランジスタがターンオンされる時間と前記第2スイッチングトランジスタがターンオンされる時間の比率は、4:1〜16:1であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の表示装置。
- 前記データ信号に基づいた電圧を充電するキャパシタをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示装置がターンオン状態では前記駆動トランジスタに前記データ電圧が印加され、前記表示装置がターンオフの状態では前記駆動トランジスタに前記逆バイアス電圧が印加されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示装置のターンオン時間を測定するクロックタイマーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の表示装置。
- 前記逆バイアス電圧の印加時間は、前記ターンオン時間の1/8であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の表示装置。
- スイッチングトランジスタ、前記スイッチングトランジスタに接続される駆動トランジスタ、前記駆動トランジスタに接続される発光素子を備える複数の画素からなる少なくとも一つの画素行を含む第1及び第2画素行グループと、
前記第1画素行グループのスイッチングトランジスタに接続され、走査信号を伝達する第1ゲート駆動部と、
前記第2画素行グループのスイッチングトランジスタに接続され、走査信号を伝達する第2ゲート駆動部とを含み、
前記第1画素行グループの駆動トランジスタにデータ電圧が印加され、前記第2画素行グループの駆動トランジスタに交流逆バイアス電圧が印加されることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記第1画素行グループに前記走査信号を印加する方向と、前記第2画素行グループに前記走査信号を印加する方向とが互いに逆であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1画素行グループの駆動トランジスタに前記データ電圧が印加された後、前記交流逆バイアス電圧が印加され、前記第2画素行グループの駆動トランジスタに前記交流逆バイアス電圧が印加された後、前記データ電圧が印加されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の表示装置。
- 1フレームを、第1表示区間及び第1休止区間を有する第1区間と、第2表示区間及び第2休止区間を有する第2区間とに分け、
第1表示区間で前記第1画素行グループの駆動トランジスタに前記データ電圧が印加され、前記第1休止区間で前記第2画素行グループの駆動トランジスタに前記交流逆バイアス電圧が印加され、前記第2表示区間で前記第2画素行グループの駆動トランジスタに前記データ電圧が印加され、前記第2休止区間で前記第1画素行グループの駆動トランジスタに前記交流逆バイアス電圧が印加されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の表示装置。 - 発光素子及び前記発光素子に電流を供給する駆動トランジスタを有する表示装置の駆動方法であって、
前記駆動トランジスタにデータ電圧を印加し、
前記駆動トランジスタに逆バイアス電圧を印加することを含み、
前記逆バイアス電圧は交流電圧であることを特徴とする表示装置の駆動方法。 - 前記データ電圧を印加する時間と、前記逆バイアス電圧を印加する時間との比は、4:1〜16:1であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記逆バイアス電圧の周波数は、10Hz〜10000Hzであることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記逆バイアス電圧のデューティ比は、10〜90%であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記逆バイアス電圧の最大値と最小値の平均は、0Vより小さいことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記データ電圧は、前記表示装置がターンオン状態であるとき印加され、前記逆バイアス電圧は、前記表示装置がターンオフ状態であるとき印加されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- スイッチングトランジスタ、前記スイッチングトランジスタに接続される駆動トランジスタ、前記駆動トランジスタに接続される発光素子を備える複数の画素からなる少なくとも一つの画素行を含む第1及び第2画素行グループを含む表示装置の駆動方法であって、
前記第1画素行グループにデータ電圧を印加し、
前記第2画素行グループに交流逆バイアス電圧を印加し、
前記第2画素行グループに前記データ電圧を印加し、
前記第1画素行グループに前記交流逆バイアース電圧を印加することを含むことを特徴とする表示装置の駆動方法。
