Description
また、上記の目的は、請求項2の記載によれば、遊星歯車機構の回転要素の1つを、差動機構により一対の車輪の平均速度で回転する第2車軸要素に接続することにより達成される。これにより、構造上複雑な遊星歯車式差動機構を用いる必要がないため、小型で設計自由度の高い車軸間トルク発生装置を提供できる。
また、上記の目的は、請求項3の記載によれば、各一対の遊星歯車機構のうち第1遊星歯車機構と第1車軸要素を接続する第1減速機構と、第2遊星歯車機構と第2車軸要素を接続する第2減速機構とを備え、遊星歯車機構の回転要素の1つを、第1減速機構または第2減速機構を介して、差動機構により一対の車輪の平均速度で回転する第2車軸要素に接続することにより達成される。これにより、遊星歯車機構と車軸要素の間に減速機構を接続することで、遊星歯車機構で伝達されるトルクを低減でき、さらに、減速機構と差動機構の部材を共用できるため、小型で設計自由度の高い車軸間トルク発生装置を提供できる。
また、上記の目的は、請求項4の記載によれば、少なくとも2つの回転要素からなる減速機構によって、車軸要素と遊星歯車機構の回転軸が異なる配置を有することにより達成される。これにより、遊星歯車機構の設計に車軸要素を考慮する必要がないので、車軸要素と遊星歯車機構が同軸上に配置される場合に比べて、設計自由度の高い車軸間トルク発生装置を提供できる。
また、上記の目的は、請求項5の記載によれば、前記一対の遊星歯車機構に対して、第1車軸要素および第2車軸要素が同一の軸方向に接続されることにより達成される。これにより、遊星歯車機構におけるトルク発生源の接続方向と、車軸要素の接続方向を分離することができ、トルクの伝達方向が一方向に定まるため、より小型で設計自由度の高い車軸間トルク発生装置を提供できる。
また、上記の目的は、請求項6の記載によれば、車両を推進するためのトルクが前記遊星歯車機構の回転要素を介して伝達されることにより達成される。これにより、車両推進トルクを伝達するための部材を共用でき、より小型で設計自由度の高い車軸間トルク発生装置を提供できる。
また、上記の目的は、請求項7の記載によれば、車両の走行状態に基づいて、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかの車軸間トルク発生装置を駆動制御する駆動制御装置によって達成される。車両の走行状態に基づいて、車両の走行性能を向上でき、より小型で設計自由度の高い車軸間トルク発生装置を提供できる。
Claims (7)
- 車両に備わる複数の車輪のうち、一つの車輪と同一速度または差動機構により一対の車輪の平均速度で回転する第1車軸要素と、前記第1車軸要素とは異なる車輪と同一速度または差動機構により前記第1車軸要素とは異なる一対の車輪の平均速度で回転する第2車軸要素との間の車軸間トルク発生装置であって、サンギアと、リングギアと、プラネタリギアを支持するプラネタリキャリヤとの回転要素からなる一対の遊星歯車機構と、トルク発生源と、前記各一対の遊星歯車機構のうち第1遊星歯車機構と前記第1車軸要素を接続する第1減速機構と、第2遊星歯車機構と前記第2車軸要素を接続する第2減速機構とを備え、前記遊星歯車機構の前記各一対の回転要素のうち、第1の回転要素どうしを相対回転不能に接続し、第2の回転要素の一方を固定し他方を前記トルク発生源に接続し、第3の回転要素の一方を前記第1減速機構に接続し、第3の回転要素の他方を前記第2減速機構に接続することを特徴とする車軸間トルク発生装置。
- 車両に備わる複数の車輪のうち、一つの車輪と同一速度で回転する第1車軸要素と、差動機構により一対の車輪の平均速度で回転する第2車軸要素との間の車軸間トルク発生装置であって、サンギアと、リングギアと、プラネタリギアを支持するプラネタリキャリヤとの遊星歯車要素からなる一対の遊星歯車機構と、トルク発生源とを備え、前記遊星歯車機構の前記各一対の回転要素のうち、第1の回転要素どうしを相対回転不能に接続し、第2の回転要素の一方を固定し他方を前記トルク発生源に接続し、第3の回転要素の一方を前記第1減速機構に接続し、第3の回転要素の他方を前記第2車軸要素に接続することを特徴とする車軸間トルク発生装置。
- 車両に備わる複数の車輪のうち、一つの車輪と同一速度で回転する第1車軸要素と、差動機構により一対の車輪の平均速度で回転する第2車軸要素との間の車軸間トルク発生装置であって、サンギアと、リングギアと、プラネタリギアを支持するプラネタリキャリヤとの回転要素からなる一対の遊星歯車機構と、トルク発生源と、前記各一対の遊星歯車機構のうち第1遊星歯車機構と前記第1車軸要素を接続する第1減速機構と、第2遊星歯車機構と前記第2車軸要素を接続する第2減速機構とを備え、前記遊星歯車機構の前記各一対の回転要素のうち、第1の回転要素どうしを相対回転不能に接続し、第2の回転要素の一方を固定し他方を前記トルク発生源に接続し、第3の回転要素の一方を前記第1減速機構に接続し、第3の回転要素の他方を前記第2車軸要素に接続することを特徴とする車軸間トルク発生装置。
- 請求項1または3の車軸間トルク発生装置において、前記第1減速機構が回転軸の異なる少なくとも2つの回転要素からなり、前記第2減速機構が回転軸の異なる少なくとも2つの回転要素からなり、前記第1車軸要素と第1遊星歯車機構が異なる回転軸上に配置され、前記第2車軸要素と第2遊星歯車機構が異なる回転軸上に配置されることを特徴とする車軸間トルク発生装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車軸間トルク発生装置において、前記一対の遊星歯車機構の回転軸に関して、第1車軸要素および第2車軸要素が同一の長手方向に接続されることを特徴とする車軸間トルク発生装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車軸間トルク発生装置において、車両を推進するためのトルクが前記遊星歯車機構の回転要素を介して伝達されることを特徴とする車軸間トルク発生装置。
- 車両の走行状態に基づいて、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の車軸間トルク発生装置を駆動制御する駆動制御装置。
