Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the anxiety about side leakage from an absorptive body and to easily attach and detach the absorptive body. SOLUTION: The subject pants type diaper is constituted of flexible belt members 2A and 2B for a waist opening, the absorptive body 3 extended in a diaper front-to-back direction X and an exterior pants body 4 capable of covering the outer part of the absorptive body 3. The front and back end parts 3a and 3b of the absorptive body 3 are respectively attachably and detachably locked to the front part and back part of the belt members 2A and 2B by a first fixing means 26 and the inner surface of the upper end part of the exterior pants body 4 is attachably and detachably locked to the outer surface of the belt members 2A and 2B by a second fixing means 27. 本発明は、パンツ型おむつに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、伸縮性を有する胴回り開口用の帯部材の前部と後部とに跨って、吸収性本体の前後端部を着脱可能な止着手段で係止した使い捨ておむつがある（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許文献１では、吸収性本体からの横漏れの不安があるとともに、帯部材の係止部位にも収縮力が作用するから、係止部位が収縮力で縮まって吸収性本体の着脱がしづらいという問題がある。

本発明は、上記諸問題を解消するためになされたもので、吸収性本体からの横漏れの不安を無くし、吸収性本体の着脱がし易いパンツ型おむつを提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明に請求項１は、伸縮性を有する胴回り開口用の帯部材と、おむつ前後方向に延在する吸収性本体と、上記吸収性本体の外方をカバー可能な外装パンツ体とで構成されて、上記吸収性本体の前後端部は、上記帯部材の前部と後部とに第１止着手段でそれぞれ着脱可能に係止され、上記外装パンツ体の上端部の内面は、上記帯部材の外面に第２止着手段で着脱可能に係止されて、この帯部材の係止部位の伸縮力は、他の部位よりも小さく設定されていることを特徴とするパンツ型おむつを提供するものである。

【発明の作用および効果】
請求項１の発明によれば、パンツ型おむつは、帯部材と吸収性本体と外装パンツ体との組み合わせであるから、構造が簡単で製造も容易であるので、安価になる。

また、帯部材に吸収性本体の前後端部を第１止着手段により着脱可能に係止しているから、吸収性本体が汚れた場合に交換が簡単が行える。なお、吸収性本体に、尿とりパッドのような補助的な吸収体を重ねて併用する場合でも、尿とりパッドの交換が簡単に行える。

さらに、帯部材に外装パンツ体を第２止着手段により着脱可能に係止しているから、この外装パンツ体によって吸収性本体の外方がカバーされて、ブリーフ型になるので、吸収性本体からの横漏れの不安が無くなるとともに、実際にも外装パンツ体によって吸収性本体からの横漏れが防止できる。

さらにまた、帯部材の係止部位の伸縮力を他の部位よりも小さく設定しているから、係止部位が収縮力で縮まりにくくなって、吸収性本体や外装パンツ体の着脱がし易くなる。

また、帯部材と吸収性本体と外装パンツ体とは、全て止着手段により着脱可能であるから、汚れた場合の交換がその部分だけで良いので、経済的であるとともに、交換作業の負担が軽くなる。ここで、着脱可能な止着手段としては、剥離可能な接着剤の他、請求項８のような面ファスナーも含まれる。

さらに、帯部材に対する吸収性本体と外装パンツ体との幅方向の係止位置に融通があるから、腰が曲がっているような着用者でも吸収性本体を股部にフィットさせ易いとともに、外装パンツ体も着脱させ易くなる。

請求項２の発明によれば、帯部材の外面に吸収性本体を止着手段で係止し、帯部材と吸収性本体の外面に外装パンツ体を止着手段で係止しているから、着用者の腹背回りのごわごわ感が少なくなって着用感が快適になるとともに、吸収性本体の外面に外装パンツ体の幅方向の中間部を係止できるから、外装パンツ体の股部が持ち上げられて吸収性本体が着用者の股部にフィットさせ易くなる。

請求項６の発明によれば、立ち上がりフラップにより、尿等の横漏れを確実に防止できるとともに、脚回り用弾性部材により、吸収性本体の両側部が脚回りにフィットするようになる。

請求項８の発明によれば、面ファスナーによって、着脱が簡単かつ迅速に行えるようになる。ここで、面ファスナーとは、フック部とループ部とが対をなして、両者を強く圧迫するとフック部とループ部とが相互に外れにくいように係止されるとともに、フック部とループ部を手で強く引き剥がすとフック部とループ部との係止が外れるものをいい、メカニカルファスナーとも呼ばれている。

請求項９の発明によれば、不織布製シート自体は、面ファスナーのループ部としての機能も有するので、面ファスナーのループ部を設ける代わりに、不織布シートを利用すれば、面ファスナーのループ部を省略できて、製造工程を簡略化できるとともに、使い捨ておむつがコスト安になる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

図１〜図４に示すように、パンツ型おむつ１は、前側と後側の帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂと、吸収性本体３と、外装パンツ体４とで基本構成されている。

上記帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂは、おむつ幅方向Ｗに延在する内方（肌面側）の内装シート５と、外方（外面側）の外装シート６とを有して〔図４（ｂ）参照〕、内装シート５と外装シート６との間の上部には、ウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８とが幅方向Ｗに伸張状態で添設されてなる複合シート部材で構成されている。

このように、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂにウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８とを添設すると、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂが着用者の腰回り、腹背回りにフィットするようになる。

また、内装シート５の少なくとも内面が親水性であれば、腹回りや背回りの接触する部分が快適になる。好ましくは、親水性のレーヨンやコットン等の繊維を配合して吸汗できるようにする。なお、内装シート５を撥水性部材にして、内面に親水性を付与した部材を貼り付けても良い。

上記前側の帯部材２Ａはおむつ前後方向Ｘの前位置に配置され、後側の帯部材２Ｂはおむつ前後方向Ｘの後位置に配置されるようになる。

そして、製造工程において、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂに跨るように係止した吸収性本体３の両側に位置する前側の帯部材２Ａと後側の帯部材２Ｂとを接着してサイド部１ａを形成することにより、伸縮性を有する胴回り開口用の帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂを有するパンツ型おむつ１として組み立てられるようになる。

上記帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの外装シート６は、後述するような不織布シートであって、この外装シート６の外面の中央部は、第１面ファスナー２６のループ部２６ｂとしての機能を持たせ、その両側部は、第２面ファスナー２７のループ部２７ｂとしての機能を持たせている。なお、不織布シートで無い場合には、外装シート６の外面の適所にループ部２６ｂ，２７ｂを取付ければ良い。

上記帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの上部にウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８とが添設されて、下部には添設されていないから、第１面ファスナー２６と第２面ファスナー２７のループ部（係止部位）２６ｂ，２７ｂがウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８とにかからないので、ループ部（係止部位）２６ｂ，２７ｂの収縮力は、他の部位よりも小さく設定されることになる。

なお、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの上下部に亘ってウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８とが添設されている場合に、この伸縮力を小さく設定する方法としては、内装シート５と外装シート６との間にウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８を挟んだ状態で、ループ部（係止部位）２６ｂ，２７ｂに相当する部分において内装シート５と外装シート６とを接着しないようにして、内装シート５と外装シート６の外からウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８をカットすることによって伸縮力を小さくすることができる。その他、係止部位に掛かる部分だけウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８の伸張倍率を小さくする方法も採用可能である。

このように、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂにウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８とを添設すると、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂが着用者の腰回り、腹背回りにフィットするようになる。また、ループ部（係止部位）２６ｂ，２７ｂがウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８とにかからないから、ウエスト用弾性部材７の収縮力でパンツ型おむつ１のずり落ちを防止して、ボディフィット用弾性部材８の収縮力で着用者の腹部にフィットさせながら、ループ部（係止部位）２６ｂ，２７ｂが収縮力で縮まりにくくなって、各面ファスナー２６，２７による吸収性本体３や外装パンツ体４の着脱がし易くなる。

上記吸収性本体３は、トップシート９とバックシート１０との間に吸収性コア１１を挟み込んで形成されて、おむつ前後方向Ｘに延在するようになる。

上記吸収性本体３のバックシート１０の内面（上面）の両側部には、おむつ前後方向Ｘに延在する立ち上がりフラップ１５の基端部１５ａがそれぞれ接着されて上方に立ち上げられ、その上端が内向きに折り返され、この折り返し内にフラップ用弾性部材１４が前後方向Ｘに伸張状態で添設されることにより、立ち上がりフラップ１５が立ち上がるようになる。

この立ち上がりフラップ１５により、尿等の横漏れを確実に防止でき、立ち上がりフラップ１５は、尿等のしみ出しを防止するために内面が撥水性であるのが好ましい。

上記バックシート１０と立ち上がりフラップ１５の基端部１５ａとの間には、脚回り用弾性部材１６Ａが前後方向Ｘに伸張状態で添設されている。

この脚回り用弾性部材１６Ａの収縮力により、吸収性本体３の両側部が着用者の脚回りにフィットするようになる。

上記立ち上がりフラップ１５の内面の前後端部（吸収性本体３の前後端部３ａ，３ｂ）はバックシート１０に接着されていて、この立ち上がりフラップ１５の前後端部の外面には、上記帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの外装シート６の第１面ファスナー２６のループ部２６ｂに着脱可能に係止されるフック部２６ａが取付けられている。

上記吸収性本体３のバックシート１０は、後述するような不織布シートであって、このバックシート１０の前後端部３ａ，３ｂにおける外面は、第２面ファスナー２７のループ部２７ｂとしての機能を持たせ、股部Ｒにおける外面は、第３面ファスナー２８のループ部２８ｂとしての機能を持たせている。なお、不織布シートで無い場合には、バックシート１０の外面の適所にループ部２７ｂ，２８ｂを取付ければ良い。

一方、外装パンツ体４は、図５に展開状態を示すように、ほぼ同一形状の外面側シート１８と内面側シート１９とが接着されて構成され、前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑとの間の股部Ｒの両側に脚穴部Ｓが形成されて、製造工程において、前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑの両側を接着してサイド部４ａを形成することにより、図３のような外装パンツ体４として組み立てられるようになる。

上記外装パンツ体４の脚穴部Ｓには、幅方向Ｗに伸張状態で蛇行されながら、外面側シート１８と内面側シート１９との間に脚回り用弾性部材１６Ｂが添設されている。

この脚回り用弾性部材１６Ｂの収縮力で外装パンツ体４の脚穴部Ｓが着用者の脚部回りに密着するから、脚穴部Ｓからの漏れ出しが防止できる。

なお、具体的に図示しないが、外装パンツ体４の上下部に亘って、上記帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの場合と同様に、ウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８とを添設することもでき、この場合に、この伸縮力を小さく設定する方法としては、内面側シート１９と外面側シート１８との間にウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８を挟んだ状態で、フック部（係止部位）２７ａに相当する部分において内面側シート１９と外面側シート１８とを接着しないようにして、内面側シート１９と外面側シート１８の外からウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８をカットすることによって伸縮力を小さくすることができる。その他、係止部位に掛かる部分だけウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８の伸張倍率を小さくする方法も採用可能である。

上記脚回り用弾性部材１６Ｂは、股部Ｒの幅方向Ｗの中央部でカットされて伸縮力が小さく設定され、この股部Ｒのカット部分の内面に、上記吸収性本体３のバックシート１０の第３面ファスナー２８のループ部２８ｂに着脱可能に係止されるフック部２８ａが取付けられている。

上記パンツ型おむつ１は、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの第１面ファスナー２６のループ部２６ｂに、吸収性本体３の前後端部３ａ，３ｂの第１面ファスナー２６のフック部２６ａをそれぞれ着脱可能に係止して、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂに吸収性本体３を取付ける。

ついで、吸収性本体３に外装パンツ体４を穿かせて、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの外装シート６の第２面ファスナー２７のループ部２７ｂと吸収性本体３の第２面ファスナー２７のループ部２７ｂとに、外装パンツ体４の第２面ファスナー２７のフック部２７ａをそれぞれ着脱可能に係止して、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂに外装パンツ体４を取付ける。

そして、吸収性本体３の第３面ファスナー２８のループ部２８ｂに外装パンツ体４の第３面ファスナー２８のフック部２８ａを着脱可能に係止することにより、組付けが完成する。

上記内装シート５は、少なくとも内面が親水性の不織布材料が好適に使用できる。例えば、透液性の不織布材料が好ましい。より好ましくは、親水性繊維（セルロース、レーヨン、コットン等）を用いた不織布材料、あるいは、疎水性繊維（ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポルエステル、ポリアミド、ナイロン等）の表面を界面活性剤により処理し透液性とした不織布材料が用いられる。また、上記に撥水性不織布材料と透液性の不織布材料とを組み合わせても良いし、透液性の不織布材料の外面を撥水処理しても良いし、その逆で撥水性不織布材料の内面を親水化処理しても良い。好ましくは、目付１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ^２の透液性の不織布材料が用いられる。

上記外装シート６は、好ましくは、撥水性不織布材料（スパンボンド不織布、メルトブロー不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布等）が用いられる。最も好ましくは、目付１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ^２の撥水性の不織布材料が用いられる。

上記トップシート９は、透液性の不織布材料が好ましい。例えば、親水性繊維（セルロース、レーヨン、コットン等）を用いた不織布材料、あるいは、疎水性繊維（ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポルエステル、ポリアミド、ナイロン等）の表面を界面活性剤により処理し透液性とした不織布材料が用いられる。好ましくは、目付１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ^２の疎水性繊維の表面を界面活性剤により処理し透液性として透液性の不織布材料（ポイントボンド不織布、エアースルー不織布等）が用いられる。

上記バックシート１０は、撥水性不織布材料（スパンボンド不織布、メルトブロー不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布等）やプラスチックフィルム（通気性であっても非通気性であっても良いが、より快適な態様としては通気性プラスチックフィルムが好ましい。）やその複合材料が用いられる。より好ましくは、目付１５〜４０ｇ／ｍ^２の通気性のポリエチレンフィルムが用いられ、さらに別の態様として、目付１５〜２５ｇ／ｍ２の通気性のポリエチレンフィルムに目付１０〜２０ｇ／ｍ^２の撥水性材料をホットメルト接着剤等で貼り合わせた、いわゆるクロスライクフィルムがその不織布材料側を裏面にして用いられる。

上記吸収性コア１１は、粉砕したパルプ繊維やセルロース繊維等の親水性繊維集合層に粒状の高分子吸水体を混合した吸収コアをティッシュペーパー等の紙シートあるいは透液性不織布シート等の被覆シートで包んで、所定の形状に成形した吸収体である。着用者が歩いたり、寝返りを打ったりしても形状を保持できるように、親水性繊維集合層中やシートに所定の形状保持手段（ホットメルト接着剤を塗布したり、合成繊維を混合したり）を施しても構わない。また、上記繊維や高分子吸収体をシート状に成型したシート状吸収体（例えばエアレイド吸収体）等を所定の形状（長方形、砂時計型等）に成形して用いても構わない。

上記外面側シート１８は、撥水性不織布材料（スパンボンド不織布、メルトブロー不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布等）やプラスチックフィルム（通気性であっても非通気性であっても良いが、より快適な態様としては通気性プラスチックフィルムが好ましい。）やその複合材料が用いられる。最も好ましくは、目付１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ^２の撥水性不織布材料である。

上記内面側シート１９は、撥水性不織布材料（スパンボンド不織布、メルトブロー不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布等）であっても透液性の不織布材料であっても良いが、少なくとも内面が親水性の不織布材料が好適に使用できる。例えば透液性の不織布材料が好ましい。より好ましくは、親水性繊維（セルロース、レーヨン、コットン等）を用いた不織布材料、あるいは、疎水性繊維（ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポルエステル、ポリアミド、ナイロン等）の表面を界面活性剤により処理し透液性とした不織布材料が用いられる。また、上記の撥水性不織布材料と透液性の不織布材料を組み合わせても良いし、透液性の不織布材料の外面を撥水化処理しても良いし、その逆で撥水性不織布材料の内面を親水化処理しても良い。好ましくは、目付１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ^２の透液性の不織布材料が用いられる。

上記各弾性部材７等は、ポリウレタン糸やポリウレタンフィルム、ＳＥＢＳ系フィルム、天然ゴム等を適宜に用いることができる。

上記各材料の接合としては、ホットメルト接着剤による接着に限られずに、超音波接着や熱接着等を適宜に用いることができる。ホットメルト接着剤については、ゴム系、ポリオレフィン系、酢酸ビニール系等のホットメルト接着剤から適切に選定され、直接的なコーター塗布、間接的なスパイラル塗布、メルトブロー（カーテンスプレー）塗布、ビード塗布等の塗布方法がある。なお、上記サイド部１ａ，４ａについては、熱接着が好ましい。

上記のようにパンツ型おむつ１を構成すれば、パンツ型おむつ１は、基本的には帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂと吸収性本体３と外装パンツ体４との組み合わせであるから、構造が簡単で製造も容易であるので、安価になる。
